Horrendous Service Feedback - IKEA Mumbai My recent experience with IKEA Mumbai was a complete nightmare. The time wasted on receiving damaged products and incorrect items was utterly disgraceful. Your incompetence in handling orders and the lack of quality control is appalling. The disrespect shown to customers' time and money is unforgivable. Your abysmal service has left me deeply disappointed and disgusted. Immediate action is imperative to salvage your tarnished reputation. Improve or face losing loyal customers like myself permanently.

Hello! My name is Rodion Zakharov, I have an order 1403015779. I have a terrible issue in your store in Belgrade. The manager confused my number and delivery missed order yesterday, I contacted yesterday the customer support manager of IKEA (Milica) and she has promised that the delivery will be done today (24.12) but it is not and new manager says they have not completed my request and delivery will be postponed till 26th of December. I am loyal client of Ikea, the delivery is 1k usd +. I Can you please resolve it , cause I have kid that has no bedroom cause of it and I need to spent additional time and money cause this issue Best regards
