  Both execellent!! I can't wait until we get them fresh here:) sometimes in the grocery store or even fresh veggie store, they are rather limp. Loved your site too:)) Nicely laid out and easy to get around. Bravo!

  Ha!, well, that is how we had the steak...............we just had it WITH the casserole. ;) Seriously, it was good and it completed the meal nicely. I'm glad I made it.

  yeah, around here, a veggie, even in casserole form, is a side dish... up at the crack of dawn, hardworking, outdoorsman aren't likely to be thrilled with no meat on the table. ;) Seriously...it was delicious and I'm glad I made it.
