    I thought this recipe was great! I had to grind my own chicken but other than that, it's a very easy recipe. I'm on Weight Watchers and figured out I could have 4 meatballs and 1/4 cup of the bleu cheese dipping sauce for 7 points. Not too bad!

    I must confess about those crab cakes of mine... I was supposed to have used the extra crab cake mix and save them... I, well, I ate them for lunch yesterday, dinner last night and well - heck I polished the last of them today for lunch - I guess they were that good...lol - I had to share this with someone... I guess it was you rofl...
