    This is a nice and easy rib recipe. My husband BBQed them rather then in the oven. We did not have Karo syrup so honey was used instead, cut the ketchup to 1/2 cup .Brushed this over the ribs while they were on the BBQ.
    A bit too sweet for my taste but they were very good.
    Took 1 and 1/2 hour on the BBQ.Next time i will leave out the brown sugar.

    This is a simple but great recipe. I added 1 oz of melted chocolate and it worked great. Will be making again for sure.

    I was wondering you you would know the trick to get collard greens just right, as you say you are a «good old Southern cook»... I live in Canada and I used to travel down South a lot and I sure miss the good greens they cook down there... Thanks!

    We really pigged out. Have enough for another bowl and will eat later tonight when I get hungry again. The milk and cheese make it rich so for us 2 bowls are enough. But I usually eat again really, really late at night. Guess high metabolism keeps me thin (it's a wonder).
