About Me
I started cooking several years ago to find something that my wife and I could do together. Like most of us I have specific tastes so I tend to take recipes apart and modify them. Live in the Ohio Valley, borderland between Nort
h and South. So the food I grew up with ranges from Suthren Cookin' to Chicago Chic. Runs the gamut from Southern Fried Chicken to Beef Wellington and everything in between. I spent about six months going back over old recipes and correcting errors, adding pics, improving the instructions. Now I'm back in posting mode. Putting some really basic stuff out there because there are a lot of new cooks in the kitchen and they may not know about the simple everyday fare. Besides I probably just learned to cook it myself.
