About Me
I am an Italian born and raised young man who's lived between London and Berlin in the past eight years. I have been vegan for about four years. My recipes will all be free of animal ingredients eg. milk, eggs, honey and of course
meat, fish and/or poultry.
I try to cook from scratch most of my meals however I am guilty of resorting to a few ready-meals when I don't have time to cook.
I would strongly recommend baking and cooking with a food scale as it makes your life and that of other people much easier! I find cups tend to be really inaccurate and also, they aren't really a universal way of measuring as they all differ in volume depending on which country they're from. I promise that once you start using a scale, you won't look back!
Among the things I love are music, tattoos, travelling, languages, good hearty home-made food, swimming, Canada, tea parties and cakes, open gardens, chequered shirts, etc.
In the future I would love to open a small and cosy "family-run" vegan cafe, get a dog and buy a house in the countryside (and maybe have children! ha..)
