Well...by mid week you should know that the challenge is to use buttons on your card. I used the I LOVE SNOWMEN set and guess what??? It HAS button stamps in the set!!! WAHOO!!! I stamped the image and colored it with copics and then I stamped the buttons. I cut them outand then I jazzied them up with crystal effects and stickles. I also used 3 snowflake buttons and stickled them up too! How fun was that??? I used the ribbon to match the patterned paper and glittered up the snowmen too... and here is my card! so fun and snowy! Thanks for looking...

AND... there are free ink pads too...Buy any stamps from Woodware USA and get 2 free Inky Links stamp pads! They are really great to work with and they link together so they are easy to transport! We also have 28 new sets on the website... so run... wildy waving credit card to get yours now!!!

Anything Goes?OK... How About Glitter Stained Glass Alligators

I LOVE to do anything goes... I LOVE thinking outside the box and here is what I did. I stamped the alligator from JUNGLE PALS onto acetate with stazon ink in jet black. Then, on the same side that I stamped on, I filled in various areas of the gators with crystal effects and dumped glitter on it and repeated the process with different colors and glitters and here is what I came up with. I used pop dots to life the acetate alligator panel off the paper so the light would show through and I covered the dots with the leaves that I cut out. I added the leaves under the panel too and got out the stickles and jazzed them all up! This was really a fun technique and it was funny too because Milo, my 15 year old Jack Russell STILL has glitter on him... and so does my hubby...(but that can be our little secret!)
Thanks for popping in!

Challenge #3 - Back to School Treat

Hi All:

Here we are for the final day of the Back To School - Anything but a Card - Challenge!

I created a bookmark using a jumbo paperclip, a star-shaped chipboard, and the popular Woodware Clear Stamps School Tots set!

I covered the pre-cut star chipboard with silver mirror cardstock, adhered a black and white polka dot chipboard circle over the star, then paper-pieced and colored the little school girl tot with Copics.  I printed out the sentiment "You're a Shining Star" on the computer, punched it out and covered it with Hologram Stickles.  Added Xmas Red Stickles to the little girl's skirt and the ribbons in her hair.
Thanks for stopping by today! Be sure to check back again tomorrow -- Bonnie will be launching a new challenge for the Design Team to show you more Woodware sets!!

Hugs,
Anne

Polar Bear Outing... Quick and Simple!

This was a quickie... and that is a GOOD THING! I like to take snippets of time during my child filled day and create... and I have to be QUICK! Since I know that I am not the only one with little ones out there... I wanted to let you all know that this card took like 10 minutes to make! I stamped the scene, embossed it with white EP and then I added the stickles. I used the corner slot punch, added some bling, cuz that's how I roll, and here it is! I also added some stickles to the white EP to make it more "snowy". I Used a black marker to make the eyes stand out more... and here it is! OH YEAH... I did this all on card stock vellum.10 minutes ladies.I challenge you all to steal some time and make a QUICKIE...and I would love to see what y'all come up with! Please link up your creation to this post in the comments section...Thanks for popping in and have a great day!!!
