Happy Mothers' Day

Morning...  Happy Mothers' Day to all those Mums out there... If only my cats could make me breakfast in bed lol!! I've been inundated with orders this year and donated the profits to Cancer Research so I thought I would show you one of the cards I have made....

Hanging Around.. LOTV Annabel Blog Hop

Morning... I have a couple of quick cards for you today using this fabulous set from Winnie & Walter. I even used their packaging as inspiration for the colours on the cards.... Sorry the photos are rubbish.. forgot to change my white balance on the camera !!I'll re-take them later!

Tug Of War.. LOTV Sneak Peek

Morning.. We have another little sneak peek for you today.. This is one of my favourites... who am I kidding I love them all.... This little cutie is called Tug of War!!

I have coloured Annabel in with Stampin Up re-inkers and added a little washi tape.  The sentiment is from Clearly Besotted.

Strawberry Slush...

Morning LIMettes.... Hopefully I managed to visit most of you last week so apologies if I didn't quite make the round.  We have new challenge at Less Is More this week and we want to use you use either

Masks Or Stencils

Just one card from me this week as work has been a bit manic and the second card went disastrously wrong ... beyond salvage :-) I chose to use masks and embossing paste for this weeks challenge...

I used the same technique to colour the embossing paste that you can see here on this card and used the same colour as the card stock .. Stampin Up Strawberry Slush.  The happy birthday die is from simon says stamp and the mask from calico studio.  I love the tone on tone of the paste on the card stock!

I'm at Harrogate today if anyone see wants to say hello.. I'll be somewhere around :-)

Fabulous Fuchsias!

Morning.. I'm a bit late today as I decided since I was off to have a lie in!!  This card uses the amazing Fabulous Fuschias set from this months CBS release.. Just love it!!

I also used these gorgeous family dies from Simon Says Stamp as well as lush Hero Arts shadow inks to get the gradient on the flowers...

I'm off to try and help my brother sort out buying a house shortly and fingers crossed this crazy headache I have will go so I can manage some crafting later

New Addition

Morning... I have a bright baby card for you today.... Something a little fun and different.  I used some of my new goodies from the Simon Says Stamp last release and this super cute image from Stampin Up!

Sorry the photo is so dark... took it at 10pm last night and the light wasn't the best to say the least! They always look brighter in photoshop and then when I add them to blogger they end up being really dark and grey.  get practising on that white balance this weekend I think!!!

I had been colouring in a few LOTV images and these were the colours left on the palette... Complete inspiration from a few inks! And the pearls from doodlebug happened to be the perfect complement!
