Happy Birthday Bear

Happy Saturday! I am a little late posting today but I've been very productive! I got up and took hubby and the dog for a walk. Then I started the laundry and cleaned the downstairs. Then I took a break and made this card. It's based on the current Cardabilities sketch and used DCWV patterned Paper. The image is Di's Digital Downloads and the sentiment is from CHF.


Now I'm off to fold the laundry. Hubby and the boy are going to a concert tonight and the girl is going to a graduation party so I want to get all the chores done so I can stamp guilt free tonight! See you later!

Adversity

Happy Friday! I made this card for last weeks Get Sketchy sketch. It's for my son. He has had a really tough year academically! Along with his marching band schedule, he was in several honor bands, and he had two really hard AP classes. He spent this entire year in his room studying for at least 5-6 hours a night. So as the school year winds down I just wanted to let him know that his dad and I are proud of his hard work and commitment to his future!

Charming Blooms

I hope you had a great weekend. I had family visiting. They are here till Wednesday. I did sneak away to get this card made. It combines the cupcake crafty challenge (to use flowers and charms) with the Friday Sketchers Sketch.


I used Cosmo Cricket paper and a Di's Digital Dowload image. I am not sure who makes the love charm as I pulled it from a stash of stuff that is no longer in it's original packaging. This card really puts me in the mood to get outside and work in the yard!

Birthday Bear Bag

As you know I have recently started playing with digital images. In doing so I found the Digital Tuesday Challenge Blog. I am really looking forward to playing in these challenges as I think it will help keep me experimenting with digital images.
