Shop and Hop Gilded

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some wonderful Holiday Shop & Hop gifts to share, this time from the Gilded region. There are 18 regions with 360 total stores, all of which are offering discounted merchandise and a gift for all visitors. Since they are open until the 4th of January, you will be seeing more here again soon ;) I do show you the gifts one region at a time for organization's sake, and I also highly recommend the FabFree spreadsheet that they've worked so hard on. This can be sorted by the tabs at the bottom by region, type, or store name, so you can browse for what you most need and desire. I'm always grateful to the FabFree team, and of course to the talented designers who take part each round in the Shop & Hop events ♥. Just think, the next one will be Valentines so that'll be here before we know it!

For my first look, I'm wearing one of the gifts from ERSCH called Cirbie Suit -silver-. It has a really fun metallic texture and is gathered in several spots, making me think of space travel and roleplay :) The bodysuit, sleeves, and legs are separates in sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Mounds, and Waifu mesh bodies. One of my favorite features is the heart shaped cutout in front of the neckline :)

I did mention that first look was "one of" the gifts from ERSCH, since I can't resist sharing another one of theirs as well. That would be this Flassia Bodysuit pat -green gray straps- treat, probably a nod to St. Patrick's Day based on the name but certainly not limited to it. Our suit has a high collar style neck, linked front and back with a large metal ring, above teardrop openings from each view. It fits Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Mounds, and Waifu mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 10 metals for those rings I mentioned. The stripes are very flattering, and the legs have the same high cut as the other bodysuit to show off the hips and some booty.

How fantastic is this dress? Our .:FlowerDreams:. Nana dress gift is both gorgeous and versatile, thanks to a HUD with 8 patterns to choose from. The dress is included in sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We get a playful glimpse of cleavage through the keyhole opening, and the collar means no necklace is needed to complete the look. If anything, I would probably add some earrings or a bracelet to go with whichever pattern I choose :)

QUEENZ is one of those brands who lives up to their name, because their fashions will have us all feeling and looking like royalty :) They have 2 gifts waiting for us, so I'm starting with the .Q. Riveting -FATPACK- treat. It's got some intriguing straps and open back and sides, with a knee-length pencil skirt that has a walking slit in the back. There are Kupra, Lara X, Legacy, Muneca, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes provided, along with a HUD that lets us select from 11 textures. Those are mostly solids but there are 2 lovely patterns like the one on the right above, so we have plenty of possibilities.

My final look of the night is a striking gown called .Q. Forever -FATPACK-, probably so named because you'll want to enjoy it forever ;) It is designed for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, with a HUD offering 13 sweet textures. The gold glittery one on the right is absolutely dreamy for New Year's Eve, and makes me feel like an Oscar statue, LOL! Yes, that is a good thing, at least in SL where everything fits perfectly and doesn't need layers of shapewear beneath to smooth us out. I always associate gold with NYE, silver too but pretty much anything sparkly or metallic will do. Heck, even the region this gift is on is Gilded, so gold really felt right.

My day had a bit of a surprise, as my Hello Kitty gaming friend had to switch nights to this evening for our multiplayer and chat :) That was fun as always, and we helped her husband find the last of a collectible in the game that he just needed 2 more (anniversary cards). She'd found all hers a while ago, but he tends to be more laid back and less 'urgent completionist' about tasks in games. He's got a few characters stuck somewhere waiting for him to decide to finish their quest, LOL, and realizes and laughs about it every week. They are waiting in a specific area, not stuck as in midair or under a rock or somewhere weird. There is more content coming next month that will include a whole new Sanrio character named Moppu, a sweet little bear who wears a blanket like a cloak. We play on Switch which is the last platform to get any new updates though, so I expect we'll be complaining about the delays soon ;) Otherwise I'm planning on going out tomorrow to a new Aldi's that opened nearby, I forget when but it is a good reason to get out of the house and among other humans. I'll grab some cheese and beverages, and I'm sure some snacks like crackers will mysteriously appear in my cart too...funny how food does that sometimes, eh? Redeux Holiday Season

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're hurrying to the REDEUX Holiday Season shopping event, which is in its final days since it wraps up on the 31st, same as 2025 really. There are special deals at every booth, and nearly everyone is offering free gifts for the Redeux VIP group which is also free to join. I had a great time exploring, and when I realized I was being serenaded by little drunken carolers - a longtime favorite decoration of mine and Xan's - I simply had to bring him to share the merriment :) I've always enjoyed the REDEUX events, and I wish I'd found about this one a little sooner to give everyone more time to stop by!

My first look of the evening is our Faida - Aisha Black Sky dress. This gift includes sizing for Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies. The golden belt is attached and keeps the front and rear panels in place, both of which have a celestial pattern in a similar gold hue. 

If the cold weather has you longing for a trip to the nearest beach, be sure to grab the #Benk Roxanne Bikini #Pink Polka Dot gift for your virtual suitcase! She's a classic style string bikini with lots of ties and sweet bows, and who can resist those playful polka dots? The top and bottom are separate pieces, designed to fit Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Prima Busty, Prima Petite, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies. The name Roxanne is one I've always liked, with Roxy or Roxie as a fun nickname and as suitable for your best friend as for their new puppy or kitten :) 

The holiday spirit is still thriving with our $1L zOOm - Christmas Time Gift, especially since there is so much of it represented on our antlers! Those decorated deer antlers are a part of the gift, with my favorite part being the chickadee because I'm a crazy bird lady at heart ;) As for the wrap dress, that is provided in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The red and green are such traditional colors for this time of year!

Next I changed into the charming [Oh!] Rompette gift, which is a delightful shorts romper for easy one-piece dressing. There are Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, so at this point I also switched from my Lara 5.3 to my Lara X body. Some brands are creating for just one or the other, so I like to be flexible and ready to change bodies with a few simple clicks. That's why I have outfits saved in my inventory with each body and HUD, and now with Firestorm I can favorite them but I haven't quite gotten around to that just yet ;) The pattern on this romper is a teeny floral print, but it reminds me of sequins or confetti at first glance.

My final look tonight is our sweet treat from Manikin, called Q-Tees Tank Top - Holidays. It has a slightly asymmetrical hem trimmed in white, and says "Holidays are for Martinis and Mistletoe" on the front :) So true confession time, I've never had a martini in my life, LOL, but I've definitely enjoyed a few smooches beneath the mistletoe in my time. When I reached my 20s, wine coolers were the popular "girl drink", and the friends I went out to bars and clubs with were more into sweet mixed drinks so my favorite was amaretto and cranberry juice. I don't disagree with the sentiment here though, spending the season indulging (responsibly of course!) in a little adult beverage and a little kissing sounds perfect! It was a quiet weekend here, no farmers market but I had therapy this evening so I am in a positive frame of mind :) Sometimes we do these deep dives into my past, and it can be painful but cathartic to get reassuring feedback on past decisions and how I've chosen to heal. Shopping and Hopping

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some Holiday Shop & Hop gift to share, this time from the Forsythia region which is one of 18 to explore there. Each region has 20 designers, all of whom have their best seasonal wares for sale including discounts, and of course the generous gifts :) Those are what I'll be showing here, and I really enjoy doing this because it reminds all of you to enjoy some shopping and free treats now that the big holiday is over. The season is still here, and a brand new year is just around the corner, so our wardrobes could probably use a little refreshing. 

My first look this evening is a gorgeous top from BONNICCI called Amber XMAS. This flirtatious top looks heart shaped in the front, and can be worn either with or without the puffy sleeves which are gathered above the elbow and at the wrist. Each is provided in Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes, with a fun pattern of green and white Santa hats on a bright red background. What will you wear yours with first?

I had to laugh at the Stiff - Noctern Shirt - Extra 6 gift, which says "When you're dead inside but it's Christmas" over and beneath a skeleton wearing a Santa hat while holding a green bauble :) It could be interpreted as Goth, but I think it also suits anyone who is just tired of this season. There is sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies included of this cropped short sleeve tee. If I weren't happily rocking my Delizio jeans, I would probably wear this with red and green plaid leggings or a sassy little skirt.

Look who found another top! This cinched tube top is our Ruxy-Cristina gift, and a quite versatile one at that. It is created to fit Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 10 colors each for the top and the gems in the middle of the stars. Mixing and matching is always fun, and this way we can wear it with just about any pants or skirts we desire :)

It's so cold outside in RL right now that the !APHORISM! - Trench Coat Bordeaux [Ltd Ed Gift] is absolutely right up my alley. Our new coat has four pockets, a slim attached belt, and several large buttons to help us keep it snug around our curves. The gift includes sizes for Classic, Classic Dainty, Curvy, Freya, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn mesh bodies, along with a HUD offering 12 colors each for the belt, pockets, and buttons. I like the idea of the pockets matching the main coat as I did on the right, but then I couldn't resist giving the belt and buttons the same pop of color. 

My final look tonight is the adorable @rOrO Sadie Xmas Set Dress. This gift looks so comfy and warm, with the versatility of 3 different colors each with 2 sayings on the front, for a total of 6 options via HUD. How was everyone's Christmas? Mine was pretty good, despite a few hiccups with the food. I've mentioned before that my parents and I make pizzas on Christmas day, and that my parents have to eat gluten free...well sometimes they have trouble finding gluten free pizza dough, and they tried a new brand that was refrigerated (not frozen) and it was just not cooperating. She had them sitting on their individual greased trays, and then tried to stretch them out like usual...they wouldn't spread and cracked instead, just tearing into chunks. A rolling pin didn't help, and eventually she got two pieced together about an inch thick and looking like a bizarre mosaic, LOL! My parents used those, and for mine we used a frozen crust that she usually has for quiches. She said it was the worst pizza she's had in her life, but my dad didn't seem to care because he'll pretty much eat anything. Mine was fine, and I have leftovers for tomorrow or whenever. We all laughed a lot at the absurdity of the situation, and it'll be a fond funny memory like the time at Thanksgiving 30+ years ago when my great aunt (a phenomenal cook/baker) made pumpkin pie with salt instead of sugar. The farmers market is canceled tomorrow because of snow and icy weather, so it'll be a cozy day at home with hot tea and catching up on TV and things :) I hope you all have a fantastic weekend ahead, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Malus Park Winter Wonderland

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're enjoying the Malus Park Winter Wonderland shopping event, where you can find lots of exclusive offers as well as gifts for $25L or less. Sometimes at this time of year, we forget to treat ourselves nicely in between being so busy helping others and picking out gifts for friends and family, but I promise that you deserve to reward yourself as well :) We have over a week left to stop by the beautifully decorated region, as the event is open until the 4th of January. I'm also going to enjoy a day off from blogging so I can get my inventory a bit organized, LOL, as we all know that December can really add some heft there. Happy Anniversary Sense Event

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'll be sharing some treats from the Sense Event and their 8th anniversary round. That does usually mean that the designers will offer gifts for the event's group, and these are in pretty black bags. Just join the free group if you aren't already a member, and have fun exploring the shopping area while clicking those goodies :) I want to wish the Sense Event a very happy anniversary and continued success in the future.

First up, we have a flirty retro treat called Melody Arielle// FATPACK. I feel like this style reminds me of either Marilyn Monroe or Sophia Loren, both iconic beauties just like our gift :) We receive Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes, along with a HUD that offers 20 solid colors and 20 patterns. Most of the patterns are floral prints, but if you try them all you can find some others if flowers aren't your vibe.

::ALTER:: Tokio Mini Dress @Gold is a gift suitable for a goddess, which I've decided based on the shimmering satin and the toga-like wrap and single shoulder style. Next we take a peek at the gorgeous B! Fashion - Green Sequins Mini Dress, a gift that I did show you in red as a gift from another event recently so I'm going to suggest you click the tag for the store at the very bottom if you want that one too :) This dress fits Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies, and appears a very deep green that looks more sparkly when you add the Shine Enhancer that is also provided. It's a very subtle light that makes those sequins more noticeable, and I am wearing it here so you can tell it's not like the facelights of a decade ago that could guide planes to land on SL runways ;) 

The gift from ~Rany~ consists of 3 colors of their sexy Mrs Claus Dress, each packed individually with sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I'm wearing the red on the left, and the baby girl on the right, so I wonder if you can guess the other version not shown? Actually a few colors might make sense, so I'll tell you that it is green :) Our choker, top, sleeves, and skirt are all linked to wear as one simple piece, trimmed in soft white fur.

For my final look of the evening, I'm enjoying our gift from Allure Couture called Jessica Club Dress Set Gold. This is another fine choice for the holidays in burnished gold, and we receive the dress, C-string, and heels all in sizes for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The sequins on the dress and the bows on the back of the shoes have a disco ball feeling because of the shape, which is another good reason to wear it this weekend or one of the holidays.

Oh my goodness, how is it almost Christmas already? I know, I know...we've been counting down by gathering all those Advent treats, yet some part of my brain is refusing to believe it's so soon. I have to cancel my outing for tomorrow because of repairs being done and the need to be home for it, which is not a big deal but I do want to keep my momentum in getting out of the house often :) That will be easier once the holiday traffic settles down. I had a great time playing Hello Kitty and chatting with my friend, and we're already planning our Animal Crossing sessions together too when their new content is out in a few weeks. We're casual cozy gamers at heart, and we get to talk about things like new restaurants in each area and what shows we're watching. Winter Hunt Woodland

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings us to the Fashion Sales group's Winter Hunt Woodland, which is a sales event with group gifts, an Advent calendar, and a hunt for $0L - $25L prizes in cute stickers around the whole area. I'm showing a mix of things, starting with a couple of the group gifts found in pretty boxes under the tree nearest the landing area. No group tag is needed for the hunt prizes, but you need it for some of the prior Advent calendar days; a few are set for sale for $0L so anyone can grab them :) The gifts themselves are not necessarily holiday themed, so don't be afraid to pick these up even if you are getting ready to move on from Christmas stuff. I'm still perfectly fine with it, but also completely understand if you are not.

My first look is a flirty group gift from Sugar Dolls called [SD] NADIA. The top and shorts are each provided in Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, along with a HUD that offers 40 textures for each. Some of them are an open weave, so we can add to the sex appeal even more if we wish :) 

I feel like I'm in my showgirl era with the {SD} HONNIE FATPACK group gift! The top, corset, skirt, bows, diamonds, and gloves are all separates in sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Most of the pieces have red, white, and black versions so we even get to mix and match :) I am simply loving all of the possibilities here.

Next I changed into a free hunt prize, the {EB} SHANTY fatpack from Ewa Boutique. It has some sheer sections but the solid parts cover all the essentials, and its HUD offers 29 colors each for the solid and sheer parts. There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies included.

Another great freebie you may find in the hunt is our Begun Winter Hunter - Gift. It starts with the playful dress in Legacy, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and can be topped off with the adjustable hat if you wish :) The hat reminds me of a sleeping cap with fur brim and little puffball at the tip, and the dress is trimmed in similar lush fur. It also has side openings that are held loosely with two little straps on each side, so we are showing off considerable skin while covering the necessities. Don't you love how I try to make it sound innocent and polite, instead of just telling you that your nipples are sufficiently covered? LOL! 

My final look of the evening is one of the Advent gifts that are still available on the wall near the tree. It is called {EB} PAN PINK and comes from Ewa Boutique, and consists of the top, sleeves, and shorts as separate pieces. They will all fit Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We also receive a HUD with 30 choices for the top, 30 for the sleeves, 40 denim for the shorts, and 30 for the ribbon that is laced through the sides of the shorts. This way we get to mix and match, and I really like the way the ribbon drapes back down over the shorts :) We could pair the top and sleeves with longer pants if we wanted something more wintry, or omit the sleeves for a warmer weather look.

Somehow it's 66.6 in here, so it's chilly as hell? It doesn't feel too awful, but that particular number just amused me ;) I've been seeing the number 444 a lot lately, and I have a vague notion that repeated digits like that are called angel numbers and each have a significance but no idea what exactly my 444 means. Slay Vs Sleigh Event

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we've got another fantastic event to visit, the Slay vs Sleigh from TSS (The Saturday Sale). Come get festive, fierce or both! There are seasonal discounted offers as well as year round ones, and some are Goth flavored, so there's an impressive variety for this time of year. As I'm sure you have guessed, there are also group gifts for the TSS group, in gift boxes of red, green, or black. They are the long flat type that you might use for clothing, which amused me because that is my focus here as usual :) Since many gifts are Christmas themed, I do suggest you get there quickly, although it is open until the 3rd of January.

For my first look of the evening, our [simpleCUTE] Christmas Cutie gift really caught my eye. It has the most adorable knit pattern on the skirt layer, Santa and Ho Ho Ho against a black background to really pop. The bright red short sleeved top layer is the perfect red to match Santa's hat, and these are linked together to wear all at once in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. I really like the way the skirt has straps that remind me of overalls but thinner, curving around the chest to help accentuate it. The skirt has fun little ties on each side too at the hem, just another charming detail :)

I just realized that I'm humming "Blue Christmas" because of the lovely [Flaneur] Evalia Dress Sky gift :) I have also spent the last few weeks listening to holiday music that has included several versions of the song of course, but the stunning color of this dress is certainly an inspiration. There are sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies included. The neckline frames the cleavage and would show off your favorite necklace quite nicely, don't you think?

I really hope you're using a PBR-compatible viewer, so you can appreciate The Frostbound by Axolotl PBR "Pine" gift as I surely do. It has soft fleecy looking fur on the collar and cuffs, with abstract stitching on the shiny fabric. We receive Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu sizes of the dress, with similar sizes (Lara X, Legacy, Reborn) of a C-string or crotch covering. There's also a HUD with 3 colors for the C-string, so we can change the look of it if we wish.

Next I paired two gifts for a playful combination that I am really enjoying. The top is our SNS GOTH CHRISTMAS TOP GIFT from Sugar & Spice, the ideal choice for when you want to watch Nightmare Before Christmas or just want to mix holiday spirit with something moodier. It fits Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu bodies, and the design has ornaments like skulls, tombstones, and red bats. As for the skirt, that would be the [FLIRT] Milana skirt-fatpack gift, a wonderful miniskirt with high waist and softly ruffled hem. It was a much more peaceful day here, and I mostly caught up on sleep (it wasn't as restful sleeping at my parents' Friday night because I'm not used to hearing their grandfather clock chiming every 15 minutes, etc.) and prepared for the group therapy session tomorrow evening. I usually write down notes about my outings and stressors, which could have filled an entire sheet of paper this time. Things are okay though, and it could have been far worse so I am grateful that things worked out decently.
