Now on to my first project!
First, let me apologize for all the photos but I wanted you to be able to see everything! I used lots of sets for this little recipe book, some new and some old. This month's release is so fun! I used the new ODBD/Spellbinders Recipe and Tag Dies, cutting the cards from chipboard packaging and from white card stock. Then I stamped the card stock pieces in a pale blue with the new Gingham Background. I did lots of masking to stamp each recipe card tab with words from the new Marriage Recipe set. And I stamped the full top half of the Marriage Recipe for the front cover and the second half for the back cover. Then I chose several scriptures from past sets to go with each tab category. I cut all of these pieces out with the Spellbinders Labels Four. Then I stamped the rolling pin from the new set Baking Gift Tags and attached each panel to the cards. I added pearls to each panel and then a little flower arrangement on the cover. All cards are put together with my Bind It All to make this little Marriage Recipe Book! This would make a cute gift for a bride to be or for an anniversary! Adding special photos would be fun too!
Here are more photos of the inside:
Here is one more little card I made with the new Happy Spring set and the Gingham Background!
Here are all the ODBD sets and supplies I used for these two projects:
Whew!
I know that was a lot and I really appreciate you hanging with me through such a long post!
Your next hop stop is to the blog of sweet sweet Sabrina!!!
Enjoy!!!
