Good morning and welcome to the North Coast Creations October New Releases!

You can see all of the October Releases Here.
Here is my first card:
My first card features the Let It Snow set!  Such a fun image to color!  After stamping the image I cut the whole thing out very carefully and included some extra white space at the bottom for snow.  I used a black copic marker the outline the extra snow as well as some spots of the image that got cut too close.  Then I colored him up with more copics.  I layered the image over some pretty designer paper and a Cheery Lynn French Pastry Doily.  I added lots of clear rhinestones to the doily and tucked the sentiment banner under the image.  I added a little bow to complete the card!
Here is my second card:

This card features the JOY image which is also fun to color.  After coloring the image with copics, I stamped it again, colored another red bird and blue blow and cut those pieces out to have a little dimension to the card.  The edges of the designer paper and the image panel are lightly painted with white acrylic paint.  I made a pretty seam binding bow with Becca's Peg Bow Maker and glued it down onto the lace along with a button threaded with twine.  There is stickles on each red berry too!

Just For You!

Hi everyone!  So glad you stopped by!
Today, a few of the 'bread sticks' are focusing on a couple of our custom ODBD/Spellbinders Dies!!!

These dies go so well with this month's new releases too!  My card features The Recipe Card and Tags Dies along with the new Garden Mini Set and the Peaches Set.  I colored the strawberry with copics and cut it out with the circle from the die set, which is then popped up on the larger of the tags in the set.  This is layered over the Spellbinders Labels One and the Cheery Lynn Designs French Pastry Doily.  I made the little bow out of twine with Becca's Peg Bow Maker
Here are the other ODBD supplies I used today:
I know you are going to love seeing what the other designers have done using these dies!
You can check out their projects at the ODBD Blog Post HERE

Now on to my cards!

My first card features Something Marvelous.  For a little color I sponged green ink to match the designer paper on the image.  The doily is Cheery Lynn Designs and the background die cut is ODBD/Spellbinders Quatrefoil Pattern Die.  I made the bow with Becca's Peg Bow Maker.  I added some old lace and lots of Zva pearls!

My second card features Heaven's Masterpiece.

I am loving these silhouettes y'all!  This time the image and sentiment are cut from designer paper.  The tag is from the ODBD/Spellbinders Recipe Card and Tags die and the bow is another one made with Becca's Peg Bow Maker.  I dabbed white acrylic paint along the edges of each piece and added lots and lots of black rhinestones!

Here are the two sets I used today:

Serenity Window

Hello again!  Hope you are having a great Wednesday!

Here is another card I made using the new ODBD/Spellbinders Cathedral Window Die and The Waves on the Sea! The base card and yellow background was made with Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles.  I cut out the Cathedral window and then trimmed off part of it to make a narrower window.  This is popped up with foam tape.  I cut out four Cheery Lynn Designs Olive Branches and glued them down.  Then I punched out several Martha Stewart Hydrangea flowers and attached them.  I added pearls to their centers.  I cut the sentiment out with the little tag from the ODBD/Spellbinders Recipe Card and Tags Dies and attached it amongst the leaves and then added a little white bow that I made with Becca's Peg Bow maker!

I am entering this card into two challenges:

I am always inspired by Kittie747's beautiful cards and I made this card with her in mind!

Welcome to the ODBD May Release Day Blog Hop!

Good morning!
Welcome to the Our Daily Bread designs May Release Blog Hop!
We are so excited to have you with us today!  You are gonna love this month's release!

Here are the particulars:

The hop will run from May 1st 8:00am to May 2nd 8:00pm EDT.
Winners will be announced May 3rd.
There are THREE PRIZES of $20, $30 and $40 gift certificates for STAMPS in the ODBD Store.
The gift certificates must be redeemed within the month of May!
To qualify to win all you have to do is hop to each designer's blog, leave a comment, and return to the ODBD Blog to tell us you completed the hop, and if you had any difficulties along the way!

Now onto my card:

I used the fabulous Cathedral Window-Marble for the front of my card.  I colored the glass with copics and then clear embossed the entire window.  I used the ODBD/Spellbinders Cathedral Window and Border die to cut the window out.  The background was made with the Vintage Border Embossing plate that is now retired.  Notice the hardware along the side of the window...

So when you open the window, you see out onto the ocean scene!  This is The Waves on the Sea set!  I stamped the scripture on the inside of the window.  I trimmed a piece of card stock to the size of the window to secure all the front window pieces.  I made a little hinge and used Scor-Tape to adhere it.  In fact I used lots of Scor-Tape on this card to be sure the window would stay in place!  The ocean scene is embossed in black and sponged, using a circle for a mask to create the moon.

After putting everything together, I thought to myself that the front of the card was a little plain and didn't highlight the beautiful cathedral window.  So I added the Cheery Lynn Fanciful Flourish and a few flowers and pearls.  Once I had that all glued down good, I realized...there probably aren't too many cathedrals with vines and flowers growing up the walls on the inside of the building!!!
Oh well, it is what it is!!!

Here is what's on the back of my card!
The new ODBD Logo Handmade by stamp with the lighthouse from the very first ODBD stamp set, Light of the World!
 Love it!

Romantic Lace

Good morning!   Hope y'all are doing well today!
I am playing in the SCS inspiration challenge this morning!  I was inspired by this pretty prom dress from Windsor. I am absolutely in love with the new ODBD Romantic Floral Designs stamp set!
I stamped the image onto some pretty designer paper and cut it out with the Spellbinders Labels 26 die.  I also embossed around the Flourished Verses sentiment with a smaller Labels 26.

I used several other Spellbinders dies for frames and added a Cheery Lynn Fanciful Flourish, Prima Flowers, a lace bow and some black rhinestones.  I made the bow with Becca's Peg Bow Maker.
I also smudged some gold ink here and there and everywhere!  The prima flowers were already edged in gold!
