Pinspired - Inspiration from our Pinterest Board with Isia

Hello crafty friends! It's Isia here with another Pinspired post for the Scor-Pal blog. I found this pin - box for sweets on the Scor-Pal Pinterest Board. It was originally created by Toni Storie two years ago.

Supplies:
One 12"x12" piece of cardstock
One 12"x12" piece of pattern paper
Tissue paper
Scor-Pal scoring board
Scor-Tape
Paper Cutter (exacto knife and ruler or scissors)
Ribbon
Some embellishments
Score your cardstock at 10 cm. Turn your cardstock and score again at 10 cm. Repeat another two times on each side of cardstock.
Use your exacto knife or scissors to cut out all four squares (wings of this box) away as shown.
Prefold all scores and adhere pattern paper using Scor-Tape to the side tabs. Adhere some ribbon leaving some space between wings of this box. It should stay loose.
Decorate the front of the box with flowers or tag.
Insert tissue paper inside this box and fill with sweets.
Your box is done.

Midmonth Tutorial by Isia

Hi! This is Isia. I am back with a tutorial for my shadow-box card. Hope you'll enjoy it!
Take four pieces of 9x14,5 cm cardstock.
Using your Scor-Pal Board (Centimeters) score each piece at 2cm, 4cm, 6cm and 8cm.
Now is tricky part. Mark 2cm from the top at the end of your card piece and draw horizontal line towards third row and diagonal line towards second row (as shown on the picture).
Using your scissors cut out unnessesary part.
Adhere Scor-Tape at your last flap (the narrow one).
Fold on your previously scored lines.
Make another 3.
Stick one into the other.
VoilĂ ! Your frame is done.
Now it's time to make base card. Trim solid A4 cardstock to measure 14,5cm x 29cm and score it using your Scor-Buddy (Centimeters) at 14,5cm along your shorter edge.
Adhere frame to your base card and embellish as desired.

Hi folks. Isia here. Do you remember my last project for Scor-Pal June Challenge? Here's how I made my card.

Trim pattern paper to measure 14cm x 28cm and score at 11cm, 13cm and 17 cm. Turn back side up. Mark 2cm up from the top and bottom with ruler and pencil. Score at 12,5cm, 15,5cm between pencil lines.
Using your exacto knife make a cuts along pencil marks between shorter scores (top and bottom).
Fold as shown on the picture below. Adhere Scor-Tape in the valley.
It's time to make an insert card. Cut solid cardstock at 10cm x 20cm and score at 10cm. Adhere your insert card to the valley.
Adhere your folded pattern paper to the inside panels of the base card.
Decorate and embellish front however you wish.

Pinspired - Inspiration from our Pinterest Board hosted by Isia

Hello :) Isia here. I'm pround to announce that I'm your Pinterest Inspired Hostess this month. I was inspired by this beautiful card made by Lois Bak and I made a Z Box Pop-Up Card.
All you need is to take A4 cardstock and trim it to 29cm wide. Score lines down at 7cm and 14cm.
To create the band trim a piece at 15cm along long edge.
Now you need to trim some decorative paper:
- 1 piece that measures 14.5cm x 14.5cm (back panel of card)
- 2 pieces that measures 7.5cm x 14.5cm (smaller panels of cards)
- 1 piece that measures 14.5cm x 5.5cm (front panel of band)
- 2 pieces that measures 6.5cm x 5.5cm (smaller panels of band)
Adhere band to the card in opposite direction.
Trim 2 pieces of cardstock to cm 10cm x 6cm. Score lines down at 1cm and 9cm and fold. You can also embellish them by cutting and adhering pieces of 7.5cm x 5.5cm decorative paper.
Add folded panels into the band to create the pop out section.
Embellish as desired.
To meet up with this month guidelines I've embossed clouds.

Mid Month Tutorial by Isia

Welcome to another Mid Month Tutorial. I will show you how to create minialbum that is clean and simple to do.
First of all take your 12"x12" sheet of cardstock (it measures 30,5x30,5cm). Using your Scor-Pal board make a score line at the heart symbol.
NOTE: The heart symbol is not exactly 15 cm. It is the middle of A4 format.
Rotate 180o and make anoter score at the heart symbol.
Look at the closeup. You created a small gap and you have two equal parts for the covers and small gap for a spine.
Rotate your cardstock 90o and make another scor line at the heart symbol.
Now it's time for the tricky part. Fold at the line that you've just scored and make a scor line at the heart symbol.
Remember you are scoring your cardstock only when you can scor @ the heart symbol.
Cut out unnessesary part of your spine.
Here comes the closeup.
Take your 1/4" ScorTape and adhere as shown on the picture below (on the flaps and near the spine).
Embelish as desired. You can also prepare some 13,5x13,5cm or 14x14cm insert cards. Ĺ›r., 19 wrz 2018 o 17:38 Katie Tate napisaĹ‚(a): Thanks that would be great! I don’t have the metric version. If you don’t change it to 15cm simply change the narrative to read “score at the heart symbol on the Scor-Pal” From: fusiafscrapping Sent: Wednesday, September 19, 2018 9:57 AM To: Katie Tate Subject: Re: Scor-Pal Mid Month Tutorial Hi Katie. There should be hearts. In my (metric) version of ScoreBoard heart symbol is not exactly 15 cm. It is the middle of A4 format. I can change it if you wish and place "15cm" instead of hearts. If you let me know what those measurements are I can manually adjust the code.
