Free Raw Food Goodies Galore :)

OoOOooo, tomorrow evening (Jan 8th), Mr. M is going to be holding a special live teleconference call on the ‘Intermediate Diet’. This plan involves eating healthy whole foods – both cooked and raw – and has been used by Dr. Fred Bisci for decades, to help people to heal. It is GREAT for people who do not want to go 100% raw (or struggle with staying 100% raw), yet would like to feel healthy, balanced and energetic.
This is the plan that the Monarch’s very own mother, Joan, has been following for the last couple of years, during which time she has released I believe around 30 extra pounds and become ever–more radiant and youthful looking. If you didn’t see Matt’s little interview with his mum yet on our TV show, you can see that HERE.
So, Mr. M wanted to share more in–depth, step–by–step details on how to successfully work with this Intermediate Diet and he’ll be speaking about this tomorrow (Thursday Jan 8th) from 6pm Pacific Time. His intention with this call is to speak for 1–2 hours on this subject, then to answer ALL caller Qs, up until midnight Pacific Time, if necessary ;)
You can see all the details for this special event and sign up HERE.

on Jan the 5th I had:

1 quart water
15 chlorella ‘nuts’
2 cups energy soup with flax crackers, followed by a little bowl of hand–blended sweet yum (lucuma powder, carob powder, maca, cinnamon, vanilla, gojis, water)
3 cups water

2 cups energy soup with flax crackers, followed by a little bowl of hand–blended sweet yum (lucuma powder, carob powder, maca, cinnamon, vanilla, gojis, water)

The BEST organic food prices I've ever found... ;)

SOOooOOoOoooo, I’m on the GORGEOUS west coast of Canada now and in terms of upcoming events, I have some potentially happy or sad news, depending on your perspective, location and interests ;)
It seems highly unlikely now that I am going to be able to attend any of the upcoming raw festies in the US in the next few weeks, as we’re still waiting for my US Fiancee Visa and I cannot enter the US until that process is over... I am SOOOO sad to not be there again in person this year at the Raw Spirit Festival :( I would so very much love to be able to share with everyone there...well, I’m sure Mr. Monarch will at least hook me up there by Skype again, like last year ;)
...aaaaaaaand...I will instead be doing a couple of talks here on the west coast of Canada in the coming days.
Firstly, I speak next Wednesday, the 17th of September in the yummy raw Café Bliss in Victoria BC, from 7.30pm – see HERE for more details.
Then on Sunday the 21st of September, BOTH the Monarch and I speak in Vancouver, from 2.30pm – more details HERE.
We hope to meet you at one of these marvellous events in the coming weeks, if you’re around these parts...ENJOY :)

on September the 8th I had:

1 quart water
masses of E3 Live
1 cup energy soup with coconut chips stirred in, followed by a little raw chocolate
3 cups water
masses more E3 Live
1 cup energy soup with coconut chips stirred in, followed by a tsp of goji powder – yummmm ;)
3 cups water

WOW. I am feeling SO blessed right now. I’m staying with my lovely raw foodie photographer/traveler friend Ellen near Vancouver and yesterday we went to visit an amazing local organic farm called ‘Two EEs’. We went first to the farm itself, where Ellen was shooting some pictures (here’s one of me in the bountiful, beautiful kale fields ;). I was in absolute BLISS out in the sun, picking fresh wild blackberries from the bushes, on this peaceful, abundant plot, surrounded in all directions by flourishing organic crops – WOW :)
We then went to visit their nearby store, where they have all their produce out for sale. WOW. I have never seen ANYWHERE like this, in all my travels. I was totally blown away by the abundance, variety and incredibly reasonable prices. The stands are PACKED with huge, healthy vibrant, certified organic greens, at usually unheard-of prices, like 89 cents for a HUGE bunch of certified organic kale, 79 cents for lettuces, field cucumbers at 69cents each and so on :O :O :O What is HAPPENING here...????
I was totally totally totally in awe of this place. As I said, I’ve literally never seen anywhere like it...and what was SO beautiful to see was that so many of the clientele appeared to be fairly ‘mainstream’ people, who perhaps didn’t even REALISE they were getting CERTIFIED organic produce at jaw-dropping prices – how beautiful is that? People dropping by and stocking up on masses of healthy fresh produce simply because it seems ‘cheap’ – and actually receiving amazing nutrient value at the same time. I LOVE it :)
I got 2 HUGE, packed boxes of food – leafy greens, cucumbers, celery, beetroots, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, peaches and so on, for $32 ;O :O :O (Yes, for those of you in the UK, that is around £16 – can you IMAGINE getting all your fruit/veggies for a WEEK for that amount???)
I’m thinking that it would be worthwhile someone living in this area just to get their produce from this amazing farm, if you’re not into growing your own stuff ;) LOL...or to do a Juice Feast – WOW – where else could you get SUCH an amazing variety of organic foods for so little cash? Amazing…of course, I have no idea how much they have available in the winter here – for now at least though, I am LOVING Two EEs Farm ;) You can see their website HERE – ENJOY :)

on September the 9th I had:
1 quart water
3 cups green juice: celery, cucumber, parsley, kale
a yellow bell pepper with a little sauerkraut
an ear of fresh corn
a huge handful of fresh blackberries straight from the bushes
3 cups water
3 cups ‘energy soup’ with coconut chips stirred in and sauerkraut and flax crackers on the side, followed by a few goji berries
2 cups water

Raw 'Nutella' Anyone...???

OooOooo, here’s an exciting offer from the Monarch, which those of you on the ‘Insider List’ will have seen already ;)
(If you’re not yet on our ‘Insider List’ already, to get notified with the full details whenever we have very special offers on, you can message Mr. M HERE and he’ll add you to the list ;)
Ok, here’s a little treat he has for y’all right now...

“I ordered a mass of the 'Better Than Roasted' sprouted nut butters for our 'at cost' sale a couple of months back and we still have some available. The expiry dates for these supremely nutritious, sprouted nut butters are anywhere between December 2008 and March 2009, which of course means they’re all still in great condition ;). I’m now offering them at an even lower price than before, to move them out of the door. Prices start at I wouldn't pass these BEST TASTING Nut Butters up!!! Enjoy!!! CLICK HERE to order."

The eight yummy flavours on offer are:

MmmmMmMmmm, while we’re on the subject of these nut butters, I would LOVE to share with you one of the YUMMIEST recipes we’ve discovered to enjoy them with, so far... Ready...? ;) We take the liquidy, yummy smooth hazelnut butter and mix it in a little bowl with our straight raw carob powder (plus maybe a little lucuma for an extra-sweet treat ;). That’s it – hazelnut butter and carob powder = WOW :O
I don’t know abt you, but when I was transitioning from a ‘cooked’ life into being raw, carob products were a MAJOR part of my journey ;) Vegan, sugar-free carob versions of more well-known, mainstream chocolate/hazelnut spreads were a daily staple for me. Now I feel like I’m able to re-create that smooth, gorgeous gooeyness with RAW ingredients – WOW – HOW blessed we are :) LOVE it...
So, you can get stock up on nut butters and carob HERE if you like (...if I don’t get to the warehouse before you, that is... ;)

on August the 26th I had:

1 quart water
mug of ‘choco’ tea
2 heaped tsps wheatgrass powder
3 fresh figs
3 cups water
shot of wheatgrass/ginger/lime juice
1 cup celery, cucumber, parsley, endive, fennel, garlic juice (PHEW ;)
2 cups ‘energy soup’ with coconut chips stirred in, followed by a little bowl of durian ice cream and pieces of raw chocolate – WOW ;)
mug of ‘choco’ tea
1 quart water

By now, those of you in the US will surely have heard of the plans to start irradiating greens such as spinach and lettuces for sale in stores...hmmmmm...yes...(or if you haven’t read about it yet, pls click HERE to get informed). Needless to stay, this is clearly reason more than EVER to get your hands in the soil and start to GROW YOUR OWN FOOD, if you’re not already...you don’t need masses of land to supply yourself with a gorgeous, healthy, year-round crop of vibrant leafy greens. You don’t in fact even need a GARDEN – you can grow in abundance in an apartment if necessary ;) Check out books like ‘Square Foot Gardening’, The Sproutman’s Sprout Book, fill your window boxes, plant out in pots – whatever works for you...the time is NOW ;)
ENJOY... :)

on August the 27th I had:

1 quart water
mug of ‘choco’ tea
2 cups veggie juice: celery, cucumber, radish, ginger, fennel, endive, lettuces, carrot
2 cups ‘energy soup’ with coconut chips stirred in, followed by a little bowl of durian ice cream and pieces of raw chocolate
mug of ‘choco’ tea
1 quart water
1.5 cups veggie juice: celery, cucumber, radish, ginger, fennel, endive, lettuces, carrot
2 cups ‘energy soup’ with coconut chips stirred in, followed by half a packet of freeze-dried durian and pieces of raw chocolate

I’m feeling SO excited about the Funky Raw Festie in Sussex this weekend – just about to head off there very soon as I write this...and reflecting on the beautiful synchronicity that it’s coinciding with a Full Moon in Aquarius tomorrow, on Saturday – how IDEAL :) We’re just coming out of a New Moon in Leo and here’s some of what marvellous astrologer Lisa Dale Miller shares about this Full Moon tomorrow:

“This is the Full Moon for involvement in something larger than you. Remember that Aquarius rules the breakdown of the old ways by questioning the status quo. Those who create revolutionary change in societies are always the ones who can vision far beyond accepted beliefs and structures. Step fully into a commitment to teach and serve by breaking down the attraction to focusing only on your own life. Selfless giving to others is a true Aquarian vision of working for the collective upliftment of all sentient beings. This is the Full Moon to honor freedom, idealism, humanitarianism, egalitarianism, and the revolutionary impulse toward reform, without causing harm to anyone. Aquarius is the impulse to raise-up everyone and leave no one behind. So in service to these calls to action, become responsible and find out what is really happening around you. Get involved in your community, volunteer your time, and raise awareness in your neighborhood. It’s summer, have a block party and raise funds for a good cause.”

Sounds wonderful – enjoy your celebrations, brothers and sisters :) You can read Lisa's report in full on her site HERE.

You’ll see the link in the second paragraph on that page.
This list is AMAZING – it's not 'just' raw food resources – it also has info on all kinds of ‘green lifestyle’ websites and contacts – composting, green energy, foraging, tree planting, gardening, biking, community living, yoga and masses more. You’re also welcome to send in updates for the list.
THANK YOU, Mr. McCabe and...ENJOY :)

on July the 10th I had:

WOW, it’s absolutely AMAZING to me how sweeeeeeeeeeeet foods like tomatoes, bell peppers and okra taste to me, now that I’ve been off ‘fruit’ for so long...it must be about a month by now that I’ve been eating this way...and I’m feeling great. I grabbed a snack of some peppers and tomatoes for lunch on this day and it was just PHENOMENAL to me how sweet and delicious they tasted. As for OKRA – WOOOOOOOOOOOW :))))) Astonishingly, I have actually never knowingly had okra before (perhaps I somehow had it ‘slipped’ into some meal, without my knowing). I LOVE it. I am not sure how I came to be nearly 30 years old and have never once eaten this amazing food before...lol...I definitely would love to be eating more of it in the future – sweet, mild and crunchy, with a slightly ‘slimy’, soft inside...mmmmmmm...VERY interesting new find...we’ve been talking of cutting some open and serving them ‘stuffed’ with a dip of some kind...yummmmm...
