Tis the season...

Good morning everyone Happy Christmas eve, I hope your all sorted and are going to spend this evening watching some rubbish tv with a large glass of wine, relaxing and feeling smug and warm all over for having finished your epic Christmas organisation...I definitely think whoever decided that Christmas should be classified as a 'holiday' wasn't a Wife or Mother or anyone who had to shop, organise and stress about everything to do with Christmas were they lol...we did out shop last night and Phil was totally gobsmacked at the price of an average sized fresh Norfolk Black turkey...an amazing £80...he spend the rest of the night randomly muttering '£80 for a turkey...that's crazy' and shaking his head bless him lol...needless to say we didn't buy it...I would rather have no turkey at all than spend that much on something to eat...right now onto my card for today which is using this stunning Simply Adorable beauty from Sugar Nellie...isn't she beautiful and like all the Adorable's shes a dream to colour...this one is called Ballet Student...I used my usual distress inks and yes your eyes don't deceive you there not a drop of glitter in sight lol...the fabulous papers are from the Glitz 6x6-Joyeux Noel paper pad I bought last year from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...I couldn't resist this lush ribbon from a local shop it makes a fabulous bow doesn't it...I finished with a sentiment and a heart charm from my stash...the fab sketch is from Tuesday Morning Sketches but I'm too late to enter it...but am entering it for the Totally Gorjuss challenge and The Crafty Bloggers Network Challenge too...I'm cleaning the house today, its strange the rituals we go through isn't it but I wont settle until the house is spic and span for the holidays...oh and I have presents to wrap too...whatever you do today take some time to relax and chill for a bit you will need it...I have a card for tomorrow to wish you all merry Christmas so will speak to you all then

spots before the eyes...

Good morning everyone ok everybody prepare to faint, theres not a button in sight today lol...there is a lot of dots though and a huge amount of glitter glue...I'm sitting here covered in cats hairs, they are getting everywhere and I don't know if its just because I'm not used to them but they are making me itchy as hell and I'm forever itching my nose...the cat has a very strange habit...she loves sitting on the deck watching the birds, shes no danger to them shes too big to jump or run fast enough to get them, but she loves watching them but while shes doing in her jaw judders really fast...its like she has a spasm in her jaw and there's no sound either...so strange and so hilarious to watch...even the birds were looking at her as if something was wrong with her...its so funny lol, I heard from our Daughter and her other half yesterday afternoon to say they had landed and everything was great and the weather was very warm, the lucky things and good girl for stopping her Mum worrying, even though shes almost 29 it doesn't stop me fretting. well its in a Mum's job description isn't it...right now onto my card for today which is using a favourite stamp of mine...this is of course a Sugar Nellie stamp from Diane Duda, shes called Believe, I think one of the reason I like this stamp is that she can be used for any occasion at all...this time I used her for a monochrome card with lots of glitter...I coloured her very softly with my distress inks and teamed her up with these lush papers from the Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Colour Me Happy pad, I struggle wondering what to do with wood papers don't you and they are perfect for this monochrome look don't you think...I added a chocolate brown ribbon and bow and a couple of wooden hearts covered with Stickles Glitter Glue - Star Dust, the pad and stickles are from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...the lush sketch is from the Sketch Saturday Challenge and I'm also entering it for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and the Ribbon Girl Make it Sparkly Challenge too...I think I'm going to have a bit of a crafting day today and if I can drag the cat away from juddering at the birds she can keep me company in my craft room...hair and all...whatever your up to today I hope its fluff free and whatever your up to you have a giggle and a good time too

yes at long long last...

Good morning everyone...yes its me and yes I am able to show a card at long long last...it has taken me ages and ages to get all the programmes loaded to allow my laptop just to get by, but I keep finding out everything I have lost, little things like all the fonts I had collected...information and links and templates I have made over the years even...gutted...but I'm not going to cry over spilt milk and will just get on with things and think about all the fun I will have finding them again...so if you have any links or info you think I might need a link would be fantastic...pretty please lol...let this be a warning please please please backup all your precious things, especially photos, digis and things you cant replace don't do what I did and keep putting it off...wow isn't the weather weird atm, its really really hot and the pressure is almost touchable but the storms are incredible...I have never ever heard thunder like it and the rain is so huge its flattening all our lovely plants and knocking all the flowers off...the lightening is a spectacle to behold...I don't mind it although must admit I was sitting watching Paranormal Activity 1 late last night, all by myself as Phil was in bed (never was a night owl bless him lol) and it had just got to the creeping bit at the end and there was a massive clap of thunder, I nearly passed out lol...I never get scared at horror or scary films even watching them alone but have to admit that scared the crap out of me...right now onto my long awaited card...this is one of the ones that should have been posted last week and is using this oh so cute stamp by Wild Rose Studio...shes called Emily Vacuuming and I coloured her with my usual distress inks...the fabulous papers are from the gorgeous Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Colour Me Happy really happy bright colours aren't they...the tag is from the same pad too...I added a bow made from lush Organza Ribbon - Lime (25mm Wide) and finished with a selection of Buttons...everything I used today is from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...the lush sketch is from Mojo Monday and I'm also entering it for the Your Next Stamp Challenge and the Chocolate, Coffee and Cards Challenge too...I think we will be heading out today as Phil has been marshalling all weekend so I have hardly seen him at all and we need to get some things done...whatever your up to today have a brilliant one and watch out for those raindrops they are huge lol

good morning er afternoon...

Good morning everyone...oops I mean good afternoon lol...I slept in and by the time I caught up with everything its lunchtime before I remembered about this card...did you all enjoy Fathers Day with your lovely Dads yesterday?...we all had dinner together, the biggest steaks I have ever bought (except me who had prawns) and definitely the most expensive, salad, potatoes and berries and tiramasu for dessert and very yummy it was too...don't you just hate shopping for men, I have asked, pleaded and even begged my Dad to tell me what he wanted for Fathers Day but nope nothing so we bought him chocolate in the hope he will pick something over the next few days so fingers crossed...We have decided not to go away on holiday for a while because basically I don't feel up to travelling far, so we have booked a week in a 4star hotel in County Wexford for a luxury break instead (fingers crossed it doesn't rain for the whole week lol), poor Phil he says hes not disappointed but I know he is, its the first time in about 32 years we haven't been abroad for this long, but I will make it up to him in the future I'm sure...right now onto my card for today...I love this little darling don't you...its the faces that Mo draws isn't it, so much expression in just a few lines...shes a true artist...this is the fabulous I Dunno (redux) from Mo's Digital Pencil (of course)...I coloured her with distress inks and matched her up with these amazingly coloured papers from the Glitz 6x6 Paper pack - Color me Happy...stunning papers aren't they...the tag is from the same pad too...I finished with a couple of different ribbons and a button from the Big Red - 25g button bag...the button and papers are from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...the fabulous sketch is from the Feelin Sketchy Challenge and I'm also entering it for the Craft Lovin Challenge and the Challenges 4 Everybody challenge too...right I'm off to prepare dinner for tonight and catch up with a few more jobs...whatever your up to today have a brilliant one

today is your day...

Good morning everyone did you miss me?...bet you didn't even notice I was gone lol...I'm feeling a bit better and although I still have to take it easy I thought I would do a bit of creating but it was so hard sitting in my craft room when it was 24degrees outside and the sun blazing down but I managed not just to make a card but decorate the inside too...will wonders never cease lol...I must admit Im feeling a little bit out of loop after not being about for so long (you would think it was years wouldnt you lol), so whats happening in the world of crafting then?, give me all the gossip, come on you know you want too...I don't have much gossip at all really, I haven't been out hardly at all and when I have I have been so exhausted when I get back I slept for hours...poor Phil must be fed up looking at the top of my head as I fall asleep on the sofa bless him, although he never moans and has taken such good care of me...oh one bit of news I got the results of the scans I have a few weeks back but will tell you about them when I have told you about my card...my card is for our new challenge at Bunny Zoe's Crafts monthly challenge, this months challenge theme is Wings. I used a fabulous stamp that has both these cuties on it with their tin can phones, the stamp is called C.C. Designs SN Fairwee Josie's and Jilly's Chat and I coloured them with my distress inks and cut them out to use one on the inside

the amazing paper pad I used is called Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Colour Me Happy , wow this is one stunner of a pad, I love it and the sentiment on the inside is from the same one...I finished with a thin cut of the gorgeous Section SMASH Tape, a lush bow made from Organza Ribbon - Dusky Pink (25mm Wide), buttons from the Big Red button pack - 25g and Camouflage button pack - 25g and Prima Butterflies - Divine pack...everything I used is from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...I made the sketch up as I went along but am entering this for the Crafty Calender Challenge, The Hobby House Challenge and the Stampin' for the Weekend challenge too...right now my test results...picture the scene I finally get to the docs and tell him whats wrong with me and he has diagnosed pneumonia...then he says I thought you might have been in touch before now...why says I...well for the results of your scans...but that was only four days ago the nurse said at least a week for the results...by this time I'm wondering whats going on...well I have news for you he says, you have gallstones and quite a few too, you will need an operation pretty soon...ever wish you had stayed in bed...not only Pneumonia and tablets but now gallstones... now that's what I call greedy lol...oh well things happen don't they and all will be sorted I'm sure...whatever your up to today whatever you do don't make an appointment at the Doctors, you never know what you might come out with lol...have a good one

Good morning everyone are you all having a good week?...well at long long last we finally got the kitchen Christmas tree up and decorated...theres a picture below...thanks for thinking the photo yesterday was my tree, I wish I was that good at decorating one lol...it was actually an advertisement photo for the Sugar Nellie candy...after we had finished the kitchen one we decided we were on a roll and went on the lounge one...but it wasn't to be, the lights aren't working so it will have to wait until I get a new set today sometime...I spent the afternoon in my craftroom staring at paper and image, nope nothing happening I have a distinct lack of mojo atm...I don't know why maybe its because my mind is on other things...I will have to find a way to kickstart it though asap as I have loads of things to make for DT's...I hate lacking in mojo don't you it makes you feel helpless and when nothing come from staring at my lush papers theres something wrong there, especially considering Im a paper freak, if papers don't inspire me nothing will...well hurry back mojo I need you, if you find it send it home please...

right now onto my card for today, I love this fantastic Sassy Studio Designs digi don't you, she really is sassy...this is the beautiful Reindeer Games...I coloured her with distress inks and glittered just about anything I could lol...I'm loving the glitter atm and lets face it Christmas is the perfect excuse for glitter isn't it...the lush papers are from the Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Pretty in Pink paper pad from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...gorgeous patterns and pink it doesn't get much better lol...I finished with some fabulously pink ribbon from my stash, a few punched snowflakes and some pearls...the fab sketch is from Mojo Monday and I'm also entering it for the Papertake Weekly challenge ,Simon Says Stamp challenge and the Digital Tuesday challenge...I'm off out to buy lights and a few more little stocking filler gifts today and of course a 'put the world to rights coffee' with my lovely Dad too...I will hopefully be back with another card tomorrow mojo willing...I have my fingers firmly crossed...whatever your up to today do me a favour and have a look under your beds for my mojo if you find it send it home please lol

Good morning everyone are you all having a good week?...I forgot to show what we found at the weekend...this stunning place is literally around the corner from us how amazing is that...Phil shot these stunning photos...I think we have a budding photographer in the family don't you?

there's a University very close by us and this is part of the grounds attached to it...we also found some fabulously huge holly trees with loads of berries and birds...its stunning

we went out for coffee yesterday and a little bit of shopping but I still haven't a clue what to get Phil, I would get him a new camera but I bought him one last year and he uses mine for photos he really wants to take...I'm beginning to panic now, I know exactly what I'm getting everyone except my Dad and Phil ...aaaarrrrgggghhhhhhhh help....right now onto my card for today which is for our new challenge at Crafts and Me challenge...this time is our lovely Sara's choice and she chose Ribbon or Trim...so now I don't need told twice to use ribbon do I lol...I haven't made an easel card for ages so decided I would use this stunning Sara Burrier digi called Perched at Dawn from Crafts & Me.and make one...isn't it stunning, I coloured it with distress inks and turned the bird into a Robin, I'm not sure I got the colouring right as I was trying to copy the robins on the bird table outside but they are ssssoooooo fast lol

I glittered her wings and teamed her up with these amazing papers from the Glitz Joyeaux Noel paper pad...I love the subtle shades and patterns in this pad...I bought it from Bunny Zoe's Crafts but its out of stock atm...I finished with some lush holly twill ribbon from Kars and a couple of pearls...the lush sketch is from Chocolate, Coffee & Cards challenge and I'm also entering it for the City Crafter challenge, A & T Emerald Faeries challenge and the Party Time Tuesday challenge too...I'm having a craft day today as theres loads of stuff I need to catch up on and any excuse not to think about Christmas presents for a while lol...whatever your up to today have a fantastic one

my baubles...

Good morning everyone did you have a fab day yesterday? and an even better one planned for today I hope...we went to the craft and antiques fair yesterday and walking in was like a massive hit of instant Christmas...it was all the smells of the handmade candles and spiced buns and cakes and the sights of the wonderfully made wreaths and Christmas ornaments and there was Christmas carols playing too...it was wonderful and Phil was in his element and loved every second of it, he chatted away with the stall holders and was asking all about how they made the ornaments and wreaths etc...we bought some amazing glittered cupcakes and a couple of small ornaments for our tree (which we still don't have lol)...and there was someone selling revamped furniture and I was so so tempted to buy four retro chairs that were painted duck egg blue with some really funky sixties style fabric for the pads, they were so lush but no matter how hard I tried I could figure out where to use them where they would be shown off, we have six off white ladderback dining chairs so couldn't use them for the dining table and they deserved more than to be stuck in bedrooms so I resisted...now talking of ornaments I'm quite embarrassed to show you my first attempts above, mind remember they are prototypes and hopefully the real things will get better...well I hope they will

right now for my card for today using this super cute little stamp from Marianne Designs...shes called Daisy Autumn I coloured her with distress inks and paper pieced her gorgeous little coat... I think she works great for a Christmas card don't you especially with these lush papers from the Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Joyeux Noel pack...I also used a sentiment stamp from the Kaisercraft Clear Stamps - Twig & Berry Postmarks set, this is a fabulous set for all your Christmas cards and even for the sentiment inside...everything except the fabulous green satin ribbon is from Bunny Zoe's Crafts

the fab sketch is from the Try Stampin' On Tuesday Challenge and Im also entering it for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge and the Gem of a Challenge...we are heading out today I don't know where yet but we have to get my Dad out of the house and his mind distracted from the fact it would have been my Mums Birthday today...of course a bit of spoiling and a couple of hugs are in order for him too...whatever your up to today have fun

it wont be a stroppy Christmas...

Good morning everyone I hope your all well and happy this fine morning...I'm feeling loads and loads better thank goodness, it must have been all that imaginary chicken soup lol...I didn't get out yesterday at all, my Dad refused to have me go with him to the hospital and said 'dont be daft girl, I'm going to a COPD clinic I'm not taking you with a cold to infect everyone', well that's me told isn't it...but he went for his tests himself and did as I told him (for a change lol), he told everyone he was hard of hearing and they all spoke up for him...brilliant news too, his COPD is stable the medication is working fine and it hasn't got any worse...phew what a relief because he had a chest infection not long ago and I know he was very scared that it had affected his COPD...I love love love my Dad to bits, he is so precious to us all but especially to me, when my Mum passed away about 10 years ago he told me he thought his life was over and it broke my heart to see him like that...it took a lot of love and affection and showing him how much he counted to get him back to enjoying himself and living again, then he was told he had COPD and it took me a long time to convince him that with care and the right medication it wasn't the death sentence he thought it was...we have got very close over the last ten years and I cherish every moment I have with him...life is so short isn't it and we should always tell those we care about how much we care don't you think...I think I'm feeling it more lately because we found out a friends Mum had died on Sunday night, she had been very ill and slipping in and out of a coma but no matter what the circumstance the loss of a parent is so devastating don't you think and my heart goes out to him...Phil went to see him last night and he is coping but I don't think its hit him yet, heaven help him when it does, I remember the feeling well...ok now enough waffling onto my card for today...I'm hoping Christmas isn't going to be as bad as Stroppy Beth from Saturated Canary thinks lol...shes fab isn't she and has that teenage pout we all know and love lol...I coloured her with distress inks and paper pieced part of her outfit...I seem to be very into cutting out atm don't I, the lush pad papers are from the Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Joyeux Noel pad, perfectly Christmassy aren't they with a real nostalgic feel to them...I finished with a bow from my stash and three Flat Back Rose Cabochons - Mixed Bag embellishments...I love these little cuties don't you...the roses and papers I bought from Bunny Zoe's Crafts, the fab sketch is from The Sweet Stop Challenge and I'm also entering it for the Anything Goes challenge and Papertake Weekly challenge too...I AM going out today no ifs ands or buts...I need some fresh air now I'm feeling a bit better so a trip to the shops and coffee I think is definitely needed...whatever your up to today have a brilliant one and tell someone you care about how much you care, you never know do you.

Good morning everyone I hope your all well and happy, my Christmas card production seems to be in full swing now, I love making cards at this time of year, Christmas has limitless possibilities for cards and it gives my mojo a massive list...although I'm sure I'm ready for the weather this fab stamp has...well not just yet anyway...we had a fabulous lunch yesterday, everyone catching up and giggling and laughing, I was watching my Daughter and Dad chatting sitting in the sun on the decking...they are so alike they were chatting away and laughing and it made me smile just watching them...isn't it amazing 52 years between them and get on so well and still laugh at the same daft jokes as they did when she was a child...it was defo a warm glow kinda moment...where we lived before my Dad would visit but not visit if you know what I mean...well lets put it this way hes been to the new house more times and for longer in the past six weeks than he has in the last year at our other house...he says he feels warm and comfortable here and loves the house so much...he did have one small criticism though, he would love it even more if it had a downstairs toilet so he didn't have to climb the stairs bless him...right now card time...this fabulous stamp is a Whimsy Stamp called Heidi...I love her spotty bows don't you...I coloured her with my usual distress inks and used some of the lush brand new Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Joyeux Noel for her, I bought the stamp and pad from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...the sentiment is on the paper already and I added some punched snowflakes to finish...the fab sketch is from Sweet Sketch Wednesday and I'm also entering it for the Challenges 4 Everyone challenge and the Stampalot Challenge too...I'm having a crafting morning this morning, Phil's off work today to cram for an exam he has tomorrow so I want to leave him in peace to study, hes been taking a part time course for his job so wish him luck for tomorrow, not that he needs my clever little man...whatever your up to today have a brilliant one

wedding photos at last

Good morning everyone...I waited to post this morning until I had downloaded some wedding photos to show you...isn't it strange that you have a picture in your head and I don't know if its getting older or just not noticing but you download photos and someone pops up that looks like you but an older version and you suddenly realise its you lol...its little wonder I hate my photo taken...ooohhhh btw I forgot to tell you about something that happened after we had finished the photos outside the church, we all trooped out across grass and all of a sudden we heard a yell and a friend I hadn't seen for years had actually stood on a dead hedgehog with her high heels on...I know its yucky but I couldn't stop giggling, visions of Victor Meldrew and his dead hedgehog slipper, that probably went straight over everyone who isn't from the UK's head so here's a link for some episodes of One Foot In The Grave, when I have more time I will see if I can find the episode for you all...its so so funny...so I know it wasn't funny for the woman at the church but it was so funny too lol...right now onto my card for today how cute and perfect for Christmas is this Bildmalarna - Skates stamp...its so cute I will have to colour this in a different colour scheme too...I used distress inks for this cutie and used some of the lush new Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Joyeux Noel pad, isn't it fabulous traditional colours but with a twist...perfect for Christmas

I finished with some punched borders, gingham ribbons and a wreath charm...the papers and stamp I bought from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...I made the sketch up as I went along but am entering this for the Simon Says Stamp challenge, The Crafty Bloggers network challenge and the Stamp with Fun challenge too...right now onto some wedding photos

wow wow wow the stunning Bride and Groom, isn't she just stunning her dress was amazing and the lace edged veil perfect for it and he looks so wonderful in his uniform, there were a lot of sailors in uniform there too
me in my dress, I'm still not sure this is me lol...I love love love this dress not only does it look nice but was so comfortable all day long...I'm watching for Laura Ashleys sales now and will buy something in them every time, the quality is superb...what do you think it was defo a huge bargain wasn't it for £35...shame I cant say the same about the shoes, they came off twenty mins after this photo and didnt go on again until I walking to the car lol...but I had painted my toenails to match my dress just in case

now I'm sure my beautiful Daughter might be a bit unhappy about me putting her on my blog, but this photo of her and her other half is so lovely I wanted to show it off...well that three of the photos, I will post some more later on this week...I'm off to catch up with some crafting today fingers crossed...whatever your up to watch out for squashed hedgehogs they sneak up on you lol

a gift...

Good morning everyone...I forgot to tell you when we went on our girlie shopping trip a few weeks back when I got home Phil had painted every pick of wood in the hall...wow now that's good going or the trip was a lot longer than I had intended lol...now 5 hours for three woman shopping for a wedding isn't bad going I think how about you, mind we didn't even have time to stop for a coffee, although my Niece did manage to grab a huge bag of candy floss which we all ended up sharing...I managed to leave my umbrella in a shop and my Daughter nipped back to get it for me and while she was away I managed to lose a bag with her new burgundy coloured jeans in it...panic on hunting about town to see if we could find it and when we didn't I said I would buy her another pair so we headed back to the shop to find when we arrived some lovely kind woman had found the bag in the street and handed it into the shop, which really restored my faith in human nature...what a lovely thing to do isn't it...right now onto my card for today which is using this new stamps from The Greeting Farm...she is called TGF Anya Celebrates and is perfect for any gift giving occasion don't you think...I coloured her with distress inks and paper pieced the gift and used the Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Hello Friend for her...this pad is full of soft soft colours...the sentiment is from the same stamp sheet and I finished with a sprinkling of the lush roses from the Flat Back Rose Cabochons - Mixed Bag for embellishments, these are so pretty and cute...everything I used on my card is from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...well that's me for another day...whatever your up to today have a wonderful day full of gifts and roses

Good morning everyone, I hope you had a brilliant week and have an even better weekend planned...omg how fast is this year flying by...it seemed ages ago I was only just starting to design my Nieces wedding invitations and now its only three weeks to the wedding...aaaaarrrrgggghhhh...do you think its age that means it makes everything speed up or is it the same for everybody...I remember when I was a child and someone said it was a few weeks to Christmas it seemed forever...amazing how things change isn't it...anyway my card for today is using this fantastically sweet and cute Whimsy Stamp, this one is Whimsy Honeybee, I love her leg warmers don't you...or maybe they are called leg warmers anymore...I teamed her up with these stunning papers from the new Glitz Hello Friend paper pad, the pad and stamp are both from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...would you believe I added nothing at all to this card except a rose I cut from the pad...I think the paper is so lush you really don't need it do you...anyway that's me for today whatever your up to today watch out for that time flying by lol

Good morning everyone I hope you all had a fantastic weekend...well the day is finally here MOVING DAY....oooohhhhhh I'm so excited I could crush a grape lol...it has been such hard work getting everything ready and boxed etc in time, you wouldn't believe how much rubbish we had gathered for two people over the last 5 years...its nuts isn't it, I'm sure our poor house was groaning at the sides and will breath a sigh of relief when we are gone...keep your fingers crossed everything goes to plan as these things have a tendency not too don't they...right now onto my card for today this is a stunning image from Saturated Canary but can I find her...nope...I haven't a clue if she was a freebie or I bought her but I have looked and looked but either I have brain fog or shes missing from the shop if anyone knows whats shes called could you leave a comment for anyone who needs to know...shes a stunner though isn't she and wow to that amazing hair, I coloured her with distress inks and used some of the stunning Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Pretty in Pink paper pad I bought from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...I finished with a mix of flowers, a couple of them are Prima...the sketch is from the One Stop Craft Challenge but I don't know if I'm in time or what as time has slipped away from me totally lol...right I'm sure I'm up and moving already and don't forget I don't have any internet but I will hopefully be online sometime tomorrow but my card will be up as usual at 7am...have a wonderful stress free day everyone

Good morning everyone I hope you all had a brilliant day yesterday, its was another soggy one here, it poured all day and most of the night again but my lovely Dad went out for a little mooch with me anyway and we had a little walk through Lidl too, I love their jam sssssssoooooo much its scrummy on croissants so I grabbed a couple of jars at 80p each...oh I do love a bargain don't you, and my Dad loves their chocolate digestives too so we got some of those for him too...hes back off on his travels tomorrow, off back to Belfast and then the Monday after next hes off to England, I'm so pleased hes able to get out and about like that I think it would break his heart if he was stuck in the house, remember how bad he was when he couldn't drive after his eye operation...my card for today is using this fantastic High Hopes stamp, its called Cat Trio and I think its perfect for a BFF (best friends forever) card don't you...I coloured them with distress inks and teamed them up with these lush papers from the Glitz 6x6" Paper Pack - Vintage Blue pad, stunning aren't they...I finished with a punched border white ribbon and bow and a fabulous Prima Flowers Primmers - White Cotton flower...everything except the ribbon is from Bunny Zoe's Crafts , the lush sketch is from The Sweet Stop Challenge and I'm also entering it for the Sweet Stampin' challenge and Di's Digi Design challenge...we are of to the Ikea sale today, I couldn't resist any longer, I tried honestly but theres no way...I think we might stop for a spot of lunch on the way too...whatever your up to have a brilliant day...oh I will be back a little later with my Bunny Zoe's Crafts monthly candy winner
