Good morning everyone did you have a fantastic weekend?...at least I'm up and about but still feeling rotten and wobbly on the pins though I didn't have the best weekend but we went out to lunch yesterday to celebrate our beautiful Daughters birthday...ever tried sitting having lunch and chatting when you just wanted to crawl into bed lol...but at least our girl had a lush lunch and everyone seemed to have a good time...I even managed a bit of crafting last evening but only managed two cards before wanting my bed again...ok are you feeling sorry for me yet...I wouldn't if I was you I think I'm managing that quite well myself lol...Phil's off work today as its another Bank holiday here there seems to be at least one a month lately doesn't there...we are heading out to get flowers for our Daughter and are supposed to go for a wee mooch around the shops but we will see how that goes I think...for my card for today I reused a much loved Simply Adorable image from Sugar Nellie this is Bambino...I so love these dont you...they are always such a sheer pleasure to colour...I used my usual distress inks and teamed this sweetie up with some of the amazing papers from the Kaisercraft - Remember Me 6.5"x6.5" Paper Pad...this is such a lush pad and I think you can just see the fab gloss and flocking on them...I finished with some beautiful punched butterflies from the flock paper and a beautiful red satin bow...I think I'm conquering the curse of the red distress inks finally aren't I lol...I added a few red buttons from the Big Red - 25g pack...the buttons and papers are from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...the fab sketch is from the Flutter By Wednesday Challenge and I'm also entering it for the Di's Digi Designs Challenge and the Crafting When We Can Challenge too...I'm off to put the war paint on believe me I need it today lol...whatever your up to I hope you have a brilliant one and whatever your up to you manage to get some sunshine too
