Inspirational Wednesday at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

   Hello Krafty Friends!

My Inspirational Wednesday project actually features two stamp sets: Krafty Elves and Holiday Wishes.

                                

              I absolutely love shaker elements on projects, but have never got around to making one myself. Thought I'd finally take a crack at one with this Christmas tag! The sentiment from Holiday Wishes was stamped in our Wicked Black ink. I also stamped the image from Krafty Elves in Wicked Black ink on Neenah paper and coloured her with Copics. To finish off the tag, I added some of our Rainy Day Dots and Dazzling Dots. The shaker elements are a mix of dollar store glitters, sequins and beads.

2020 Krafty Days of Christmas Day 12!

  Welcome to Day TWELVE of 

the Twelve Krafty Days of Christmas!
It's our FINAL DAY!

We've had such fun sharing ALL the incredible new releases we've had at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps in 2020!

And we hope you've enjoyed revisiting all our wonderful new sets!  It's been an incredible year!

I'm sharing a card featuring our Krafty Comeback set from September:  Christmas Is Love

This is actually the card we made in my Copic colouring class from the virtual retreat earlier this year...I just jazzed it up a bit with some Krafty Dots and red stickles.  The image was stamped in Wicked Black ink on Neenah cardstock and coloured  with Copics.

I stamped one the hummingbirds and a single flower in our Wicked Black ink on Arches cold pressed watercolour paper and painted the scene with my Daniel Smith watercolour paints.

Colour challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

 

Good morning and welcome to another fabulous and fun Saturday Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Our challenge this week is to use a Red & Green colour combo OR a Blue & Purple colour combo! 

 I pulled out one of my favourite images from the FURRY HOLIDAY WISHES set and stamped this adorable mouse in Wicked Black ink on Neenah cardstock. I coloured him with Copics (figured I needed to show my markers a little love). I inked up a background on the die cut circle with our newest SOFT SAGE ink in combination with Mossy Meadow ink and MAGICAL MOSAIC stencil. I also used our HOLIDAY LIGHTS stencil to create the strand of Christmas lights on the background. I fussy cut the mouse and adhered him to the background, then added lots of Stickles to the garland and all the light bulbs. 

On the inside of my card, I used a sentiment from the HOLIDAY WISHES set stamped in our WICKED BLACK ink. 

 

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

November 2020 Release Hop at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Today we are celebrating all the new products in our November Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All three of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils, a new hybrid ink colour SOFT SAGE and new DREAMY DOTS were released yesterday and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

The entire release of stamp sets this month was designed by artist,
Melissa Baker-Nguyen!

The first is called SAVE MY PLACE!

and the second is HANDMADE SENTIMENTS!

The last stamp set is PLANNER DOODLES!

Available now is our stunning new yummy green hybrid ink colour called SOFT SAGE!

As always it's available in large ink pad, ink cube and ink refill!

We have two new AMAZING stencils called....
STUDY BUDDY and SPLISH SPLASH!

And lastly we have the perfect finishing touch for all your creations with our new Krafty Dots called......DREAMY DOTS!

I'm sharing a few little projects featuring PLANNER DOODLES. I love this set...so perfect for adding your personal touch and signature to all your creations. I used it on the back of my bookmark from the first day of sneak peeks. I also created two tiny Christmas tags. All sentiments were stamped in our Wicked Black ink. These little tags were so quick and easy to whip up with snippets of leftover design paper and dollar store embellishments I've had in my stash for ages.

Kraftin' Kimmie November 2020 Sneak Peeks Day Three: Planner Doodles

  Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the November Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are absolutely thrilled to be introducing PLANNER DOODLES!

This stamp set has been designed specifically for your planners, calendars, datebooks, journals, pocket pages and lots more!

As you hop around the blogs today you'll be able to check out PLANNER DOODLES in action in combination with a lot of our other new November Kraftin' Kimmie products!  

I used several of the little stamps to create my planner layout for this week. I also used our new stencil Splish Splash with a variety of our Krafty inks. I also used images from a couple of our older sets (Up Up and Away and That's A Wrap).

Of course today is also challenge day and as always during release week, it's Anything Goes!  So create a card, scrapbook page, altered item, planner page....with some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products for your chance to WIN the monthly prize of a gift voucher to the krafty shop. November 2020 Release Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps-Day One!

Inspirational Wednesday at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

 

It's INSPIRATIONAL WEDNESDAY...

the day we like to provide a little extra krafty inspiration to help you get creative with your Kraftin' Kimmie stamps!

Hi everybody! It's Krafty Girl Melanie here to share my Inspirational Wednesday creation.

I created this fun watercoloured card featuring our adorable stamp set Jolly Happy Snowmen. I stamped the snowman and the background stamp in Granite Grey ink before painting the scene. I also added some Stardust Stickles for a finishing touch.

October 2020 Release Hop at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Today we are celebrating the October Release that is NOW available in the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

First up we have TWO new stamp sets from artist Sabrina van Vloten!

The last stamp set is from our brand new artist, Allison Cope!

And lastly we have the perfect finishing touch for your holiday creations with our new Krafty Dots called......DAZZLING DOTS!

Here's my contribution to today's hop featuring the gorgeous new WINTER SCENERY set by our Krafty team member, Allison. I started by stamping the chalet in Wicked Black ink on Arches cold pressed watercolour paper, masked it and added a few trees from the set also stamped in Wicked Black. I then added the mountains in Granite Grey ink, masked them and stamped two of the tree silhouettes in Charming Chartreuse and Mossy Meadow ink. I then watercoloured the scene, including adding some more detail to the tree lines stamped in our green inks. I added some white gouache as a finishing touch.

Wish Upon a Star...a Kraftin' Kimmie Sneak Peek

  Welcome back to Day TWO of our October Krafty Peeks!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is the second set this month from artist Sabrina van Vloten and it's called.....

WISH UPON A STAR!!

This adorable set features four angels, a bunch of little musical note accessory stamps plus a couple of coordinating sentiments!

I stamped one of the sentiments and heat embossed it in black on Arches cold pressed watercolour paper. I also stamped one of the angels in our Wicked Black ink then watercoloured a winter scene. For a little sparkle, I added Stardust Stickles to the paper edges and angel wings and Platinum Stickles to the star on the tree.
