First Day of School

First Day of 8th, 6th and 3rd grade!

New town, new house, and new school.

This will be the last year that they will all be at the same school together.

Flight Simulator with Dad

Today we had lunch at Dad's work (ATCA), and afterwards, 

Neil took the kids on a simulated flight there. 

Aaron, Andrew and Aubree all got a turn. Best videogame ever!

Thanksgiving at the Cabin in California

We had an awesome family reunion/thanksgiving at a cabin in the mountains in California. It was fun to spend lots of time with family. The kids really enjoyed their cousins. Fun memories!

Some highlights were the yummy Thanksgiving dinner we made in the big industrial kitchen there, volleyball inside the cabin (it was a really big cabin), family movies, and The Amazing Race, created by Uncle Darrin, and lots of family time and memories!

Fishing for FHE

Tonight we went fishing and to the park for family home evening.  We took our neighbor friend Jake with us.  Always an experience when we go fishing :) No fish caught yet. I think the kids will be in shock if they actually did catch a fish!  The best part . . . hot fudge sundaes on the way home.

Lake Pleasant Boat Trip

Today was the first time we ever went boating in Arizona!  We went with Jeff (Neil's boss from work).  The kids had a blast! The water was the perfect temperature.  They did kneeboarding and tubing and Neil was the master on slalom.

Picnic Date with my Boy

This boy sure loves his mama.   He loves to find the perfect spot for our picnic dates. What a sweetheart!

First Day of School

We had a fun time celebrating dad on his Father's Day extravaganza weekend. We sure love the Daddy-o!  For this Father's Day, I took this picture of the kids and framed it for Dad to have on his desk at work.
