{SSSC} some bunny loves you!
Happy Easter! I made this sweet card using a sweet stamp set from Mama Elephant called Honey Bunny and coordinating dies. I am loving my new Mama Elephant stamps!!
I used this weeks SSSC for my layout. I made this card for my three little bunnies. I coloured each bunny up a little bit differently to represent my boys :) I wanted some really boyish paper, so I didn't use pastel-y Easter paper at all. I really like the way this one turned out!! The grassy hill was made with an MFT circle stitched die and used MFT twine and button.

{SSSC} Hoppy Easter!
I'm busy working on a few Easter cards for the family this weekend! This one is either for my bunny bunny or my mom and dad. We shall see :) I used my new Mama Elephant stamps (which I am in LOVE with! I wish I had all their stuff LOL). This set is called Honey Bunny. I used this weeks SSSC for my layout. You can find the link up, sketch and all the team's cards HERE!

{SSSC} Big News!
This week we are also welcoming two new designers to our lovely bunch of ladies: Sankari Wegman and Jill Dewey Hawkins.
To celebrate our new digs, we are giving away THREE prize packages to some lucky participants! So play along for your chance to win! Are you wondering about the sketch? Well this week you have your choice of any of the past SSSC sketches! Pick your fave! You can find them all HERE.
I used Sketch # 220 and put to use some of my new Mama Elephant stamps and dies! The stamp set is called Up and Away and coordinating die Up and Away Creative Cuts.
My littlest man is a fox freak, so anytime I see any foxy stamps I just have to get them! This set is especially cute because it has a few other sweet little critters to go along with baby fox, accessory images and awesome sentiments…. and who doesn't love dies to match! Yay! no fussy cutting!
Okay- head on over to the new blog to see some more inspiration from the other Sweet Stampers!

{SSSC} Mmm….Donuts
For this weeks SSSC I used some Reverse Confetti products to make a relatively quick and easy card! I used the stamp Donut You Know and co-ordinating Donut You Know Confetti Cuts, as well as some flag dies from MFT. I machine stitched, distressed the papers with TH ink and added a ton of loose rock candy glitter over glossy accents and then 'sprinkled' some little bits of chocolate CS on top of the donut!

{SSSC} Wish Big
Hey there! Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I can't believe my oldest boy is turning eleven on Monday!! *sniff sniff* Seems like only yesterday he was a roly poly little tyke…
Here's my card for this weeks Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. I've used Tallulah Has A Tutu from Stamping Bella. I love this stamp! I added a sentiment from the set Storybook by Avery Elle. I think it suit the stamp LOL! I coloured with Copics and added glossy accents to the balloon and polka dots on the tutu and some glitter to her crown and underside of the tutu. Die are all MFT. I added some black machine stitching to join the DP patterns together.
Here is your sketch for this week:

{SSSC} Muchas Gracias
Hi there! I used this weeks SSSC sketch for my card today. I like the really large panel and clean, no fuss lines. I knew it would be perfect for this image by Saturated Canary. Sadly, this image is retired I believe. Glad I picked it up when I did!
I made this thank you card for a friend. I am popping it in the post tomorrow and I hope she'll love it! If not, I'm making her send it back!! Purple and red are my two fave colours, and I think they go great together! I've actually had this image coloured since I went to a retreat in October I think LOL!!! But I just needed the right sketch!! I think this image is so intricate and detailed and I just really want it to be the focus and not have any of it's beauty lost to a busy and overdone card. I think it's a gorgeous stamp and would look good no matter, but I just tend to keep the card a bit more simple when I'm using these kinds of images!
I added a butterfly die from The Cat's Pajamas in place of the 2 brad type circles. The sentiments (and hot pepper on the inside) are from the set Let's Fiesta by SugarPea Designs. I think the spanish masculine/feminine noun isn't quite right for sending a card to a woman, but I'm not even an expert in English, so I'm just pleading ignorance ;) And I don't have any other spanish sets, which is what I wanted, so this will have to do! I'm entering this card into the FB Saturated Canary Challenge- Anything Goes.
Here's the inside. I left it mostly empty, as I'd like to write a nice message inside for the recipient :)

{SSSC} You're Sweet
Hi there! Tonight I have a card to show you that I made for my niece Elliot's 6th Birthday! I used the image Cotton Candy from Mo's Digital Pencil. Elli has been wanting a cotton candy themed bday for awhile, but she changed her mind and went with a Pajama and Pancake brunch themed party! It was very fun and my SIL did an amazing job with the cake and cupcakes, and of course all the actual brunch food! Mandi iced the cake to look like a stack of pancakes! It was amazing! And you can kind of see the 'bacon and eggs' cupcakes in the background….
The cotton candy party was no more, but I had planned to use this image for her, and I even got her a cotton candy machine and a bunch of candy you can use to make cotton candy! FUN!
I added a hint of glitter to the gigantic heap of cotton candy! The sentiment is from SugarPea Designs Classroom Cupids. Dies are by MFT, as well as button and twine.

{SPD} SugarPea Designs is turning ONE!
Hey there! I am soooo super excited to be sharing today's post with you! It's SugarPea Designs FIRST Birthday Bash! I am so very proud of my friend Wendy's hard work. effort and love that she's put into SugarPea Designs first year :) I am very honoured to have been with her from the start, and hope to spend many more SPD Birthdays with her!!
I made this fun little card to give to my mailman, Timothy, because he is just really great at his job and in a rural area like this, that's sometimes hard to find! I forgot to put a Christmas card in the mailbox for him, so I made him this masculine Thank-you card instead. I am tucking a Tim Hortons GC in there as well. I absolutely ADORE this little penguin from the set Happy Mail, and as Canadian Customs was thoroughly enjoying my stamp package, I didn't receive this guy in time for our release peek! So this is my first time inking him up! I coloured with copics, adding pastel cheeks in. I pieced the hat and mail bag. I used the little elements from the Air Mail Set die, as well as the envelope from Special Delivery Accents. I rolled up a little piece of DP and tucked it into the open slot in the envelope die. I used this weeks SSSC for my layout!
Here is the inside, with the other portion of the Air Mail Set die and another sentiment from Happy Mail.

{RC} SQUIRREL!
I've got a card to share with you tonight that I made using Reverse Confetti products. Sammy Squirrel was stamped and coloured with copics. I stamped the accessory nuts onto the smallest circle from Circles 'n' Scallops confetti cuts. The sentiment was stamped onto the flag from the Tag Me Confetti Cuts.
I added some twine and a button, black enamel dots and machine stitching.
Here's the inside of the card, featuring another sentiment from the set. I cut the tail of the sentiment DP tag using the end of the littlest tag from Tag Me.
I used this weeks sketch from the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge!

{SSSC} The Right Shoes
Hey there!! I'm a bit late with my SSSC post ;) Haven't quite gotten fully back in the swing of routine! Kids start up school tomorrow, so I am thinking that might help get my act together!
Sadly, we are saying goodbye to two of our Sweet Sisters: Jackie Pedro and Karen Motz. I'm super sad to see these talented stampers leave our team, but they can't get rid of me that easy! I'll be following their lovely work, as I'm sure you all will as well! So long for now Jackie and Karen!
I received an order from Stamping Bella awhile back and thought this vertical panel would be perfect for The Right Shoes. I am pretty rusty on my skills due to taking a lot of time off from crafting in December :/ This card could have came out wayyy better. It seemed like one screw up after another. I am hoping I'll get the hang of it again soon! LOL! Plus, I think twiggy legs just throw me ;) Not used to that!
I used lots of Wink of Stella on the big bows, then went over them with a touch of gold stickles, glossy accents and loose glitter. I also applied glossy accents to the rest of the shoes. I used red and gold glitter paper and some black enamel dots.
Anyone recognize the red bottom pumps? hehe! I adore the look of heels, but sadly my post-children feet are not built for them anymore! So I have to admire from a distance ;)
The inside of the card is where I stamped the sentiment.
