Old Fashion Kopi Tiam Bread Loaf 古早咖啡店面包

This is an old fashion kopi tiam (coffee shop) bread loaf. It has coarse texture but it is so soft and nice! This coarse texture kind of bread bring back many child hood memories! We use to have this type of bread in the local coffee shop. They will take two pieces of bread, make into a kaya butter sandwich, ( a piece spread with butter and the other piece spread with Kaya.) Hokkaido milk Tuna Buns .. 北海道牛奶吞拿面包

This is another soft and nice bread rolls that i love to bake. These are super soft. They are made into triangular shape with tuna mayonnaise filling. My kids love tuna. To be actual they love fish, as long as the fish is fresh and cooked well, any type of fish, they will eat it happily...lol 推荐,推荐,推荐我一定要推荐这面包。用了北海道面包的食谱来做这吞拿面包,就把这面包叫做北海道牛奶吞拿面包。我家的宝贝们喜欢。您家的宝贝肯定也会噢!! 烤的金黄柔软的吞拿面包,你也来一个吧!! This is another recipe using the straight dough method. I am using my Noxxa Multi function bread maker to mixed the bread dough. Just put all the ingredients into the bread pan. Add in water or liquid first, then sugar, salt, then flour and milk powder(if using), then instant dry yeast, then butter spread evenly in the four corner of the bread pan. Butter Bread Loaf ~英式奶油土司

This is a soft and simple bread but it is very delicious. It has no egg just simple bread ingredients. The looks of this simple butter bread loaf is just like a little mountain top. Cute right? hehe.. Butter Bread Loaf The crust is nicely brown and it is light crispy. 漂亮单纯的双峰圆顶土司! 单纯的双峰土司,烤的金黄香脆是我家不可少的早餐。喜欢哪绵密丝丝的组织!抹上一层黄油配上一杯热饮就是幸福满满的早餐了! 面包整形过程.. Pumpkin bread .. 南瓜面包

Kids  are on school holidays this week . My kids would request what they like to have for breakfast on holidays :D On school days, time is always constraint and rushing, they have no choice but to have what i prepared for them :p  We would only eat out on Sunday morning after attending Sunday mass.  This is a highly recommended Pumpkin Bread. It is healthy with pumpkin added and its texture is fluffy, soft and chewy. Further more it stays soft for 2 days. (my bread never last for3 days :p)  I like to make them into mini loaves, simply  because they are easier to slice and store. My kids like it in smaller slice too. Pu mpkin bread. Made this red wine wreath buns just before Christmas. It is a soft and chewy buns with a hint of red wine aroma raisin and it looks so pretty in the wreath pattern. 葡萄干是最常见的果干配料. 外酥脆内湿软还带弹性口感. 伴着洋派红酒 口味,太迷人了... Soft and chewy texture. love the moist and soft raisin in it. With this recipe i made 2 wreath ring buns and a Christmas tree buns. Christmas tree buns with sesame seeds topping.
