Chocolate Cheese Brownie ~巧克力芝士布兰尼

This is a revisit recipe but this time i uses coconut flower sugar to make this brownie. This is a classic brownie for me. It is always my first choice when i wanted to make a cheese brownie.  Chocolate Cheese Brownie Kids love these chocolate cheese brownie. Me love this brownie with a cuppa of milk tea! Wanna come join me ^_^ Coconut flower sugar is a better alternative from table sugar.  Coconut sugar is a sugar produce from the sap of cut flower buds from the coconut palm. The sap from the coconut flower buds i collected then it is boiled over moderate heat to evaporated most of its water content. The final product is coconut sugar, which is caramel coloured and taste similar to brown sugar. Grated coconut flower sugar. Chocolate Brownies 巧克力布郎尼

This is a great dessert to share with friends or keep it to yourself.  i choose to share with my friends because i want to save my waist line from expanding ...lol  Making brownies is easy and straight forward. No extra steps   like beating, folding or kneading and no electric hand mixer needed..:D It is easy and simple just melt, mix, pour and bake.  These brownie taste so good!  味道和口感都很棒的布郎尼! 一bak用了7寸的烤盘,厚度刚刚。 散部在布郎尼里的核桃脆好好看,也好好吃! Cream Cheese Brownies (Bake Along # 59) 芝士布朗尼

Bake Along #59 this round is baking 'Cream Cheese Brownies from 'How To Be A Domestic Goddess"  Nigella Lawson. Baking this brownie is easy and  the method is straight forward. No beating or using the mixer at all. Just mix, stir and pour BUT this one is quite different. There is a step which is quite challenging that is adding the cream cheese part. I chilled the cream cheese before slicing it into thin pieces but my hands are too warm. The cream cheese become soft and its can't be slice so i had to flatten the cheese with my fingers.  I would like to thank Joyce and Zoe for helping me out when i send SOS for help!!  Hahaha!! you must be thinking what is the connection of baking with SOS.. A dear friend of mine is going back to Sibu to celebrate Chinese New Year. Sibu is her hometown and her sisters and brothers are all going back to Sibu too. It's really a big family reunion for her. So I made a cake specially for her. I made her a Brownies Marble Cheese. Wishing her and family......... 新年快乐....万事如意...天天开心 ~Brownies Marble Cheese~ Ingredients for the brownies: 180g butter 20g chocolate powder 150g castor sugar 3 eggs 120g self raising flour Ingredients for the cheese layer: 250g philadephia cream cheese 60g castor sugar 1 egg 1/4 cup water 1 tsp vanilla essence Method: 1)Preheated oven at 170c. Melt butter in a thick bottom sauce pan. Then add in chocolate powder and stir to combine. 2) Add in sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Beat in eggs, one at a time. 3) Sieved the self raising flour twice before adding in to the mixture. Mix well. 4) Prepare a 8" x 8" baking tin. Lined with parchment
