RaNDoM

Not sure why I just thought about this, but one day while I was pregnant *huge pregnant* with Gavin, I was trying on some maternity clothes that were too big and Bobby said:

"Even when you're huge you're still little"

Thanks baby!

(I don't get offended if he says stuff like that - especially when I'm pregnant! so, in case you think this is rude, I'm going to clarify and say that I thought it was hilarious and it MADE MY DAY!) I hope it made you laugh too!

We made it to 37 weeks! I am OFFICIALLY full-term! Now it's time to sit on my big work-out ball, eat pineapple, and get this guy moving... down and out! Woot Woot!

35 1/2 weeks pregnant

I can't believe I STILL have 4.5 weeks left until this little guy arrives (seriously... look at how BIG that belly is. After Bobby took the pics I looked at them and said... "Am I really that big?" His response... "Yeah" - as in DUH! HA!) I am anxious to see him and can't wait to have him here, but at the same time, I am just fine with him being in my belly for a little bit longer. Mainly because I know that once he is out, all of the sleepless nights will come. Not that I'm really sleeping too well right now anyway. Who could sleep well with a basketball in their belly? I have to basically throw myself just to turn over... and then I end up waking Bobby and Brody. Oops! Not to mention the peeing 3x a night!

Last night I had Bobby take some belly pictures for me. I haven't been taking them as much as I wanted, but whenever I think about it, I am either getting ready for bed, or have nobody around to take a picture for me. Although, I'm sure Brody would do a marvelous job at it- I should have him try next time! :)
About 10 minutes after Bobby took my pics, Brody went and stood in the exact same spot where I was, put his feet a little more than shoulder-width apart (no clue why?) lifted his shirt, turned his face towards us (we were on the couch) and said "cheese! camera!" We were laughing sooo hard! It was the funniest thing ever. He was wanting some "belly shots" as well. So, we took some of him, and then some of him and me together. He is such a little stud!
Brody's "cheese! camera!" belly shot! (Look at his serious face!)

Brody, Mommy and Baby Brother (and his basketball hoop that he can't live without!)

Another Belly shot! (again, no clue why he puts his feet apart- he's too silly!)

Me, missing the top of my head, Brody, and our babies.

Lately, I've been feeling like-

this little guy...

Even Bobby's T-Shirts are too small for me. They all ride up until they are sitting comfortably on top of my belly! However, It's worth it! And, only 5 1/2 weeks left! Hooray!

Dr's Appointment

I went in for my 30 week appointment yesterday. Baby's doing great! Brody lays by me every time I'm on the table and yesterday my Dr checked HIS baby, too. He loved it! He lifted up his own shirt and just layed right by me. What a sweet boy! My Dr listened to the baby's heartbeat (sounds great!) and measured my belly (31 cm) he then listened to Brody's baby and made a chirping sound :) Also, I was pretty excited because I ONLY gained 5 pounds last month! HA! ONLY, you ask? Well, at my last 2 appointments I have gained 9 and 10 pounds each month. HOLY COW! literally! With both pregnancies I tend to do fine in the beginning and at the end, but for a couple of months during the 2nd trimester, I just gain a pound for absolutely EVERYTHING I eat. Oh-well. At least it goes away, right?! And, it's SO worth those sweet little babies! We can't wait to see him! Only 9 1/2 weeks left (hopefully less!!).
