You Brighten My Day

Hello. I have quite a backlog of cards to share that I have been making so expect lots of posts from me! Today's card was recently featured in PaperCrafter Magazine. I got to play with some of the latest cute stamps from Sunny Studio Stamps...

For this card I used Sunny Studio Spring Showers Stamp Set. I coloured the images with Copics and cut them out. I created the background using my MFT Cloud Edges Stencil along with some Broken China Distress Ink. I used Lawn Fawn Picket Fence Die cut from Kraft card to create the fence. I blended the hill with my Distress Oxide Mowed Lawn Ink. The sentiment is also from the same stamp set.

Birthday Flamingos

Hi all,

So I am still hanging onto summer as long as I can so thought I would share a summery make. This one was made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine using some of the gorgeous Flamingo stamps from Sunny Studio Stamps...

For this card I used the Sunny Studio Stamps Fabulous Flamingos. I coloured them with Copics and fussy cut them out. I created a simple background scene just using some coloured card and mounted it onto a scallop circle. The background paper is by Doodlebug and I added some card candi to finish.

Waving Hello

Hi all,

Another new start to another week. It's a busy one for me too, in fact the next few are really! Today I am sharing a cute card I made with some of the new release products from Lawn Fawn...

For this card I used the Lawn Fawn On The Beach Stamps. How cute is that little sunbathing bear? He does look so relaxed! The palm trees and some accessories are by Sunny Studio Stamps as I had them ready coloured on my desk! I created the sky and sand using some distress inks with water - the smooshing technique. The sentiment is by Lawn Fawn , Wavy Sentiment Stamps. I added some Sunny Studio Stitched Clouds and some sequins.

Slothsome Birthday

Hi all,

Today I am sharing a card that I made with Sunny Studio Stamps. As soon as I saw the new releases I knew I had to have this super cute sloth stamp set....

 How adorable are these sloths!? They are super easy to colour too. The stamp set is called Silly Sloths from Sunny Studio Stamps. You can buy these in the UK from Dies To Die For like I did. I coloured them with Copics. I used the Sunny Studio Staggered Circle Die to create the circles. I created the clouds with an MFT Cloud Edge Stencil and Distress Oxides. I also created the blue background with Distress Oxide Inks. I stamped the sentiment and added some Nuvo Drops to finish.

Hello Friend

Happy Easter!

We have been enjoying the lovely sunshine the last few days so apologies for not posting much! The school holidays are nearly over so it will be back to normal routine for us all soon. Today's card features my favourite animals...bunnies!

For this card I used the Chubby Bunnies Stamp Set by Sunny Studio Stamps. I coloured them with Copics and cut them out. I created a subtle blended the background using Distress Oxide Inks. The sentiment is by Hello Bluebird Stamps. I added a strip of paper, twine and buttons then finished with some Nuvo Drops.
