Wish Come True

Hello crafty friends. Sorry I haven't posted for a few days, I haven't been feeling too great but am on the mend. Today I thought I would share one of my cards that I made for my decoupaging with stamps project. I am still loving these cute mice from MFT Stamps so I thought they would be perfect for this technique...

For this card I used MFT Mice Day To Celebrate Stamp Set. I stamped the images and coloured them with copics. I coloured and cut out each of the images several times to create a layered decoupage effect and assembled with foam pads. I added some white dots onto the bunting with a white pen. I created the blended background using Kitsch Flamingo and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks. I made it nice and pastel so it made the images pop. I stamped the sentiment, layered it onto card and added it onto the card. This one featured in Crafts Beautiful and I will share the others I made soon.

Supplies;
My Favorite Things Stamps - Mice Day To Celebrate
Distress Oxide Inks - Kitsch Flamingo, Twisted Citron
Copic Markers
Posca Pen - White

Thank you ever so much for joining me today. I will be back with another creation soon.

Sweet Moments

 Hello,
I have been pretty busy creating lots of cards lately. I am loving all the new CHA releases and I think Spring is my favourite season to create cards for. I love all the pastel tones and super cute images. Today I have three cards to share using the Dovecraft Sweet Moments Collection...
I needed to create a few cards for my box that were quick to put together and thee were perfect. I love all the pastel colours. I used the Sweet Moments Decoupage Pad along with the matching Paper Pack. I mounted everything onto light kraft card - the perfect companion for pastel colours! I added some ribbons, pearls and flowers to finish them off.

I will be back soon :)

Me To You Quick Cards

 Hi all,
I have scheduled a few posts as I'm not very well at the moment so here is hoping they work. I made up a few quick cards to add to my batch of Christmas cards. I used the new super cute Me To You Collection...
My other half actually bought me this kit when I wasn't very well before which was lovely. They are perfect for making up quick cards. The kit was from The Range and had everything, decoupage, cards, papers, sentiments and gems. He bought me coordinating ribbon too. I thoroughly recommend it, even if you aren't a beginner they are great to have in your stock.

I will be back soon,

Beach Life

Hi all :)
Today I am back with a colourful summer creation! I know it may seem Summer is well and truly over right now but hey, I work 6 months in advance anyway so seasons are all over the place for me always anyway! My lovely man bought me the gorgeous Beach Life Collection as a surprise so of course I had to make something with it....
For this card I used the Trimcraft Beach Life Collection. I used the decoupage pad for the topper and the paper pack for the backgrounds. I cut out the bunting from the paper and made it into a embellishment. I also added a wooden ice cream, some buttons and gems to finish.

I will be back soon :)

Watermelon Birthday

Hi all :)
Today I have a Kori Kumi card to share with you! I absolutely LOVE the Kori Kumi range - I used to the giftware range in my old gift shop so I was ecstatic when it was launched in the craft world. For this one I went with a watermelon theme....
For this card I used the Kori Kumi Mini Decoupage and the 8x8 Paper Pack. I cut out the watermelon embellishment from the paper packaging - love that all Santoro products have extra bits! I added some lace, ribbon and enamel dots. I used a Die-namics Die for the bow and fence. The banner is an old Memory Box Banner Die. The sentiment is a die cut sentiment from craft creations.

I will be back soon :)

Just For You Teddy

Hi all :)
I am back with another card today! I am churning them out at the moment. This one is another Tatty Teddy card, I just love creating these! So cheerful, fun and cute...
For this card I used the Me To You Tatty Teddy Everyday Collection from Create & Craft. The doily is the Dreamees Doily Die and omg it's the best doily I have ever had! Many of the ones i've had didn't even cut properly but this one cuts like a dream, i love it! I also added some ribbon, a bunting die cut, some twine and enamel dots.

I will be back soon :)

Football Birthday Boy

Hello crafty peeps :)
Have you seen the new Rachel Ellen Collection by Trimcraft? Ok it's technically called Whiz Kids but you may know Rachel Allen Designs from giftware and cards already. We used to stock them in my gift shop and she does some amazing designs - you may recognise them from Penny Black Stamps a while back too. So here is my first card...
How cute is this little fella!? For this card I used both the 8x8 Paper Pack and 8x8 Decoupage Pad from the Whiz Kids Collection. I drew a border around the background paper with a fine line pen and added some buttons. The bunting was cut out from one of the papers and the sentiment was included in the decoupage pad.

I will be back with more soon :)

Not my usual kinda cards..

I have had quite a busy time over the weekend so not had much time for crafting and when i have in the evening i have been so exhuasted. With this in mind i decided to do a bit of theraputic decoupage, although this did result in a blister on my thumn lol - take about intricate! Anyway here are my latest very simple and not my usual kinda cards....
I quite like the coffee one but not sure about the teapot one! I just think they are a bit too simple for my liking, lol. But can't have it always can we!!

A few more...

Here are a few more cards i made a while ago that i thought i would add to my blog!! They are all extremely quick & easy cards to make, which my eldest daughter helped me make! Even though they are simple and not my usual style, they have been extremely popular!!

These were made using the lovely new range from Dovecraft. I simply used the Cupcake Decoupage Pad and i found some Pebbles Inc Rub Ons to finish them off. I plan to make a matching binder or box so i can do a little coordinating set.

I picked up these groovy little 3d Stickers from a local value store but blimey they are sooooooo good value. Got 2 A4 sheets full of 3d stickers for £1.20!! They were meant to be for Lissy but we decided to share them!! I teamed them up with some coordinating cardstock and stuck to a simple yet striking design. Fabulous for boys cards!!

And then some cards

Now i have always loved the fantastic Gorjuss Girls designs and i absolutely love the new die cut decoupage versions of them! They are just so sweet and brilliant for making fast, quick & easy cards!!
Now here are a few that i made in minutes with the help of my eldest daughter Lissy (only 4yrs!). She likes to help mummy put 3d foam pads on everything!!

I try to do as many different types of cards as i possibly can as all my customers that buy my cards want something different!! Stamping is still my favorite though, especially with cute girly charactors & animals!! I have been told i need to do more floral and also mens cards! Tricky as i don't have much of either in my stash at the moment, lol!! Another reason to shop!!
