4 Miles

It was suppose to be 4.5 miles this morning, but I was done at 4.  :oP  Plus, I want to go to Crossfit this morning...so I need a little more energy for that at least. I was so lazy this weekend. I was suppose to do my "long run" on Saturday, but I thought John and Carson were leaving early in the morning... but nope... they left at 11:00. Oh well, John needed help loading and packing up. I thought I'd do it Sunday morning before church... but nope... Gracen and I stayed up WAY too late with our Harry Potter marathon. SO, then there was Monday morning before Gracen got up... but nope... I was up most of the night trying NOT to puke my guts out. So here we are this morning... no long run, but a run none the less.  :o)

It was about 52˚ when I left... pretty chilly, but it felt SO good once I got going. I didn't do as well as I did on Thursday last week, but it felt good being out and moving. I need to realize that it's going to keep getting harder and I need to NOT wimp out. I need to keep at it! My shins are ok... my calves are sore, but they'll get over it.  :o)

.9 miles ~ 15 minutes
