4 Miles

It was a GOOD run this morning!! Windy, but good.  :o)  I ran further between breaks and my lap time was faster than it's been in a while. Not as fast as I've been in the past... but faster. I even SPRINTED up the big hill to get home... that's where my leg "popped" and I've been a little nervous to spint up it. But I finally did it this morning.

I really thought some more about what my friend told me yesterday. I'm glad I'm going to keep going. I need to not push myself for time... but mentally I need to know I didn't give up. The time will take care of itself. I may have to stop Crossfit for now, or at least push it to just one day a week (no running during the class... just strengthening). I'm going to call and talk to the teacher... see what she can do to help me.

3.5 miles ~ 42 minutes (run/walking)
.5 miles ~ 7 minutes (walking... but sprinting a 8:30 up the hill... WOOT WOOT!!)
