Cute Card Thursday Challenge 18
The challenge on Cute Card Thursday this week is to make a card for a child. I have used one of the Hanglar images and some download papers from Cuddly Buddly. The flowers are from this months Rebecca's stash pack with a bit of stickles added. I think this card looks just right for a little girl on her birthday.

PTW Luscious Lime and Lilac
I loved this challenge as the colours are really good together. I had to use a bit of pink (well it is almost lilac isn't it!!) as I really did not have many lilacs or purples in my stash. I have used one of the Tildas that Kerry sent me and really enjoyed making this card.

My Paperworld Challenge - Sketch 9
This is my card using Sketch No 9 on this weeks My Paperworld Challenge. Take a look at the blog and see the great cards there. (I have a link to this blog on My Challenge Blogs). I used cuddly buddly backing papers, a panduro stamp and prima flowers, other bits and pieces from my stash. This is a really good layout and I will definately use it again.

Crafting Weekend
My daughter Stephanie has been here for the weekend and we have had a wonderful weekend of crafting. She has managed to go home with a good stash of goodies from my craftroom!. She has been giving me some tips on colouring with water colour pencils and I have been practising on this latest Cuddly Buddly card. I am pleased with it but must admit that the one she did was much better - never mind, I will keep at it.
New Stamps
I have discovered the Cuddly Buddly web-site and love it. I ordered a couple of the rubber stamps and also downloaded one of the backing paper bundles. Here is the first card I have made with one of the stamps.
I had a bit of a happy accident with the backing papers as I had not realised that the ink in the printer had almost run out. The checked paper should be more yellow with a bit of turquoise in it. I am really happy with the finished card and know that it is a one off as I could not get the same colours again even if I tried!.
