Friday Sketchers 40

There is another great sketch this week on Friday Sketchers.
I just love these papers and have spent all day trying to make up my mind which image to use with them (this eventually was my third choice) and now that I have made the card I cannot even tell you who they are by as I have cut the piece off with the name on. The stamp is from Alota stamps and the sentiment is stampendous. Ribbon, flower, charm (sorry, due to the lighting you cannot really see the charm - it is a heart shaped on that says handmade with love on it) and gems from my stash.

I can't believe that the weekend is nearly over again and it is back to work tomorrow morning. Will be back again on Tuesday morning with my first card at DT member on A Spoonful of Sugar and also with my DT card for Inspirational Card Sketches.

A Spoonful of Sugar Challenge

The challenge this week is to create a card for a child. I have been trying (with no success) for some time to get my hands on some precious moments stamps, but it appears that they are a bit like gold-dust. I have however managed to find a couple of little stamps from Dies to Die For and they probably are the nearest thing that I am going to get to precious moments. I think this little girl with her doll is soo cute. The other one that I got is a little girl holding up an umbrella. Hopefully any little girl would be happy to receive this card. This card s a lot smaller than the ones that I normally make as it is only 12cm square, but the image it just small and I didn't want it to look lost on the card.
