Home is Where the Heart Is
Welcome to this week's Heart 2 Heart Challenge!
Since COVID-19 has taken hold, the vast majority of people are staying at home - what better time to have a home-related challenge? The theme this week is Home is Where the Heart Is.
This would be a great opportunity to scrapbook some of those at home moments from the last few weeks - or even long before this time. Another option is a card that reflects home and heart... so many people could use a pick-me-up during this difficult time. These are just a couple of suggestions - there are certainly other options.
Let's take a look at how the design team interpreted this theme.

Bluebird - Color Challenge
Welcome to this week's Heart 2 Heart challenge!
This week, it is a color challenge - specifically using Bluebird, a gorgeous shade of blue in the Close To My Heart color palette. A color swatch is shown below.
Your project does need to feature this color although it doesn't have to be entirely blue - however, please make sure that the prominent color is Bluebird.
Let's take a look at the design team projects.
You have until the end of January to enter this or any of the other January challenges.
Remember to use some Close To My Heart products in your creations.

Sweet Treats
Welcome back to Heart 2 Heart for our last challenge in September!
Sweet Treats is this week's theme - and it just happens to be Close To My Heart's September Stamp of the Month. You certainly don't have to use this stamp set as there are other ways to interpret this theme such as tasty candy, warm cinnamon buns, etc. We leave that decision completely up to you!

Color Challenge: Triadic Color Combinations
Welcome to Heart to Heart and a super exciting challenge! This week, it's all about color! We are challenging you to use a triadic color combination! If you already know what that is, terrific. If not, there is some guidance below to help you out...
A basic color wheel looks like this:
If you put an equilateral triangle inside the color wheel as shown below, it touches THREE colors equally spaced apart. That is a TRIADIC color combination. There are only four possible combinations.
If you want to use Close To My Heart specific colors, a CTMH color wheel is shown below with those specific colors. Please note that the color wheel is oriented the exact same way as the ones above.

Cold Hands, Warm Heart
Welcome back to another challenge at Heart 2 Heart! We are loving what you're already submitting for January! Now, Cold Hands, Warm Heart... perhaps you think of warming your hands in front of a fire after a cold day outdoors, or of skiing down a mountain with the warmth of hot chocolate awaiting you back at the chalet. Maybe this title means something totally different - cold vs warm colour combinations or maybe something else we haven't even considered. That's the wonderful thing about theme challenges - you can interpret them in SO many different ways!
