All in a morning....
Although I usually don't share 'bare' photos (not on a page ;) I simply HAVE to brag about what I get to wake up to in the morning! As you may know, I am blessed o be the mother of 4 beautiful children but I must say there is something SO special about a sweet 'baby' with a blankie, especially my blue-eyed cherub!
This week Quick Quotes has been doing a cross-promotion with Amy Chomas Creations. My card is featured today, using her mini sharpie holder, Lacey Labels cartridge and this month's BEAUTIFUL Club Q! Today is our last day for the promotion and each comment on the related posts is an entry into the PRIZE PACKAGE GIVEAWAY with your own Amy Chomas gel pen holder, gel pens, Quick Quotes paper line AND embellishments! Getting Cricky With It!
WELCOME FRIENDS! The LIVE UStream for ALL of the stamp debuts begins at 8pm Central! Click HERE to be taken there to join in the fun!
As a Design Team member, I am showcasing the 'Positive Thoughts' stamp set as you have seen in various other projects of mine this past week! I bring this to you today for our 1st Getting Cricky With It Blog Hop! WOO HOO! You should be arriving here (your last stop) from Rebecca H's Blog. You can begin, or end at K. Andrew's Blog by clicking HERE!
So, before I divulge the creative details I'd like to pose a few questions and provide my personal answer to you.
1.) There are a LOT of sentiment stamp creators right now, how are K. Andrews different?! Well my Fabulous Friends, I would NOT lead you astray! K. Andrews stamps are different for several reasons. A. They are cut directly around the print, leaving no extra area to mistakenly pick up ink or transfer in any unwanted area. B. (My FAVORITE) She donates $1 from EVERY stamp set to various charities, ALWAYS! C. They can be used with ANY ink safely D. They are easy to use, leaving a sharp, clear image. E. They clean and store nicely. F. K. Andrew's is careful to be UNIQUE in her images and what she presents and finally, G. Kristal is a SUPER sweet gal, always considerate and giving to those of us loyal to her!
2.) How much are they?! Well, normally $15.99 but RIGHT NOW ONLY $14.99 AND, considering that you are making a charitable donation, ONLY $13.99 ;)
I welcome any other questions, or suggestions you may have and I'm happy to pass them on to her. As always, though I may receive products to use and highlight for you, I will ALWAYS, WITHOUT FAIL or lapse, only give you the TRUTH as I know it and my HONEST opinion!
Now, check out the INTERACTIVE project I have to share with you! It's a 7x9 piece of art work, perfect for a gift to a friend. The title is in fact, 'dear friend' because using these sayings made me think of something I'd like to share with a friend and then she can have this as a reminder when in self doubt!
The letters are cut from the 'Calligraphy' cartridge with a shadow. I LOVE baker's twine and added it here with my FAVORITE embellishment, BUTTONS!
The wheel spins and reveals 6 nice things a friend needs to hear....
"Whimsy is essential."
"A Queen is not afraid to fail." (With a Petaloo flower and Hiedi Swapp vintage bling).
"Brave is beautiful."

Super FUN Father's Day Card!
I'm REALLY enjoying the versatility of K. Andrew's 'Positive Thoughts' stamp set! You've already seen my Teacher gift and Birthday card, now look at this FUN Father's Day card I made!
The card is shown here, posed with the mugs we made at Michael's this week for my scrubby (scrapbook-hubby)!
The DAD is cut from the Mickey Font on my Cricut (then hand stitched with a white pen), and the 'postage stamp' border is from the French Manor cartridge. The moustache is hand cut and then covered with Glossy Accents. I added mini ric-rac across the bottom and emphasized the "Today...is your day!" sentiment with a burgundy button filled with glossy accents. It is ALL created with leftovers from this month's Club Q from Quick Quotes and I used the Bloody Mary Powder Puff Ink Pad to stamp with! These stamps are SO crisp they will work with EVERY ink pad out there! I L-O-V-E working with them!
Remember that TOMORROW is a special day! We'll begin with a Design Team Blog Hop and end with the NEW K. Andrew stamp releases in a UStream! WOO HOOO! I hope you have your calenders marked to join us!

Sharing Quick Quotes with Jenny!
I am SO excited to be featured on the Crazy About Cricut blog! Jenny is such an amazing person, inside and out. It is truly an honor to coordinate with her and be here with you today! Thank you.
Since the Quick Quotes blog will be debuting in a week, I decided I would share 2 layouts I've recently created using a beautiful new line from Quick Quotes Scrapbook Company called 'Damsel in Distress.'
The die-cut chipboard, flowers, gems and clear embellishments are carried by them as well.
This one features my kiddos. I used more of the patterned paper die-cuts and clear butterflies. I love that this paper line is so versatile and free.
I will be back soon to post my project created for Crazy About Cricut AND I'll announce the new Quick Quotes Design Team members too (if you want a sneak peak, they are posted on FB)!

The St. Patrick's Day Blog Hop is Here!
Good Morning and Happy St. Patrick's Day! I am SO glad that you're here to hop with us!
I REALLY got to creating, and since I'm hosting, I created S-I-X projects to share with you today! Yep, 6! I used the 'Lucky Me' line from 'My Little Yellow Bicycle' for EVERYTHING! I added ribbons and pom-poms, buttons and stickles. Other than that, ALL MLYB! The base for the banner is from a tablet book in the line!
The 1st is a banner. This photo shows it hanging proudly over my fireplace.
Here are the close-ups and details!
This is the far left end with our family photo. I really am the 'Luckiest Girls in the World!'

The far right end. For each of the letters, I Glimmer Misted Heidi Swapp Chipboard in Silver.
Layout A
I really like the way this turned out-and it was quick too! (1 1/2 hours)
A package of clear embellishments were used frequently. Can you see how the paper is foiled?! SO pretty!
Our family photo from the day (now scrapbooked) and my favorite one of all of the kids! The chipboard piece is also foiled, reflecting here.
Details...
Layout B
My sister brought her family down, making it a super LUCKY St. Patty's Day! I took this photo of her and her family to scrap as well-in less than 1 hour!
Details...
LOVE this chipboard 'Lucky' with silver foil AND bling!

6x6 and with NO buttons! Can you believe it?! It still has some shine and sparkle though ;)
The shamrock is layered here and the happy is a clear piece, using one of the tablet pages for the shaped base.
This one is my favorite. It's simple, but FABULOUS! The card base is on Bazzill bling, with chipboard accents and.....BUTTONS! I added a bit of stickles for a hint of sparkle and DONE-in 10 minutes!
