AMEN!

I love this quote stamp set from Stampin' Up-and the font is absolutely beautiful too.  Isn't this SO true?!  I used the dress-up framelit and gave her an extra layer to her skirt with the sale-a-bration DSP ad a little jacket too.  The vine embossing folder was fun but what really made this card was the pre-cut, embossed kraft tag included in the kit in the spring catalog! Remind yourself everyday....

Love and Joy

I am loving that I am continuously inspired by my Stamp Club with my up-line.  It's because of her challenges and swaps that I even began USING the products I was collecting! LOL

Scrapbooking is truly a passion so when our monthly challenge was to create a layout-I was in it to win it! (yes-I technically won, but considering that I ended up being the only participant-I don't feel like I really won. lol)  The Valentine collection seemed perfect since it had just arrived-and I couldn't wait to scrap these fun family photos!  SU released an embellishment collection worth swooning over that includes different trims and lace, paper flowers, resin pieces and more!  LOVE!  I thought it would be quirky to add the 'joy' stamp from one of my favorite Christmas stamp sets too.  I adore versatility!  The details stamp set is probably by go-to for a layout, with a lined journaling stamp, numbers, date, etc.....it really is the BEST for a page.

I don't always fall in love with everything I create-but I love the way this page turned out!  What do you think?!

Sympathetic

The truth is-I've had to send way too many sympathy cards lately. Sigh.  Fortunately, my fabulous up-line and friend Sacha had made sympathy cards our  Stamp Club swap theme in January.....and I always make extras for sending!

I used the music note stampin' wheel for the background with my favorite framelit , of course some dry embossing and linen thread as well.  I LOVE our seam binding and Designer Series Paper, so that made it to use too.  A few pearls and a bit of dimension and, here we go!
