Praise Angel
The theme for this week's challenge at Eureaka Stamps is angels.
I decided to make a Christmas card using an angel. The image, 'Praise Angel' (number 1005) was coloured using Promarkers and I printed it under the wishes 'May the good news' (number 22703(526)). I then mattered and layered it onto gold mirri card and white card. Finally I added some loose glittter to the angel's wings.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Bunny thanks
The challenge for you at Crafty Cardmakers and More is to use no patterned paper.
I kept mine very simple and used a Bebunni special friend stamp from Crafter's Companion which I coloured using Promarkers. I then outlined it with silver craft strip from Lakeland Ltd which had been lying around in my stash for several years.

Under the weather
Another Monday sees the start of another challenge at Eureka Stamps. This week the theme is buttons.
I used digi image number 2006 (Rainy Day Dude) which I coloured using Promarkers and number 2007 (Under the weather). I wrapped orange organza ribbon round the lower left hand corner and then matted and layered it onto yellow core'dinations cardstock and white card. I then made a triple bow and added this to the ribbon strip. Finally I added three buttons to this strip.

My card uses a digi image from Sami Stamps called Hollie Owl. I coloured it using Promarkers and then dusted the background with distress inks using greens for the upper left hand triangle and reds for the other. The background papers are from the Berry Merry Christmas papers by Jennifer Ellory and I reversed the colour scheme. After attaching the image to the card I outlined two edges in red peel off and two in green peel off. The sentiment was also a mixture of red and green peel offs.

Again we have three generous sponsors: Flat Friends Boutique (6 digis), Crafty Sentiments Designs (3 digis) and Stitchy Bear Digital Outlet ($6 gift certificate).
My first card uses a digi image from Flat Friends Boutique called 'Deer Scene'. I matted paper from Wild Rose Studio's Bluebell paper pack onto white card and then outlined it using gold edged peel offs. I coloured the image using Promarkers and after cutting it out using a Tattered Lace oval die I dusted the edges with distress inks. After attaching it to the card I edged it with gold edged peel off. Using off cuts from the paper pack I used a Tattered Lace die to create the sentiment.

My second card uses paper from another Wild Rose Studio paper pack, this time Blackberry Lane. I matted and layered it onto pink core'dinations cardstock and white card. Using a darker pink core'dinations cardstock I cut two corner pieces using the Sparkle Corner die from Tattered Lace and attached these at the top of the card.
The digi image is from Crafty Sentiments Designs and is called 'just relax'. I coloured it using Promarkers and then cut it out, shaped it slightly and attached it to the card using glue gel. Lastly I created the sentiment from dark pink core'dinations cardstock, cutting the letters out using the elegant alphabet Tattered Lace dies.

At the beach
We start a new challenge at Creative Corner today, the theme of which is 'At the beach'.
I wrapped satin ribbon round the lower edge of paper from the All Aboard pack from The English Paper Company and matted and layered it onto blue core'dinations cardstock and white card. (The paper itself had a pale yellow background but for some reason it shows up as pale blue in the photograph.)
The digi image called 'flip flops' is from the Stitchy Bear Digital Outlet. I coloured it using Promakers and cut it out using a Spellbinders floral oval die. Whilst still in the die I dusted the background with distress inks. Once it was removed from the die I coloured the edge using Promarkers. I then attached it to the card along with a bow made from the satin ribbon.
The letters which I glued to the ribbon were cut from red core'dinations cardstock using dies from Tattered Lace's elegant alphabet set.

Sunny days
Our theme this week at Eureka Stamps is 'sunny days'. We want you to use a sun in your project.
I repeated the digi image 'Sun path border' (number 32601) three times and coloured it using Promarkers. I decided I wanted each path to get lighter as the foreground was approached and also the grass to lighten as your travelled left to right. I then matted and layered it onto green core'dinations cardstock and then white card.
I matted the sentiment (number 14103) onto two shades of green core'dinations cardstock and positioned this across the card.

Fun on the beach
The theme for our new challenge at Crafty Cardmakers and More is warm summer colours. I love the House Mouse designs and so decided to use this one from one of the Cardmaking Collections from Joanna Sheen.
I began by matting deep red core'dinations cardstock onto white card. I then attached the decorative strip at the base and the main design at an angle. I decoupaged the beach ball and added letters from core'dinations cardstock cut out using Tattered Lace dies. I matted one of the smaller pictures onto blue core'dinations cardstock and attached this to the card using foam pads.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Lion
The theme for this week's challenge at Eureka Stamps is 'hot, hot, hot'. I chose to use the digi image 'lion' (number 13001) as what can get hotter than the safari.
I printed paper from the Card Creations Plus CD ROM 'Brush Srokes in the Wild' ans matted it onto red mirri card and then white card. To keep with the hot colours I then cut an oval of red mirri card and centred this on the card. I coloured the lion using Promarkers, cut it out and stuck it to the mirri card using glue gel, as this works better on mirri than other glues. I finished off the card with a gold peel off sentiment and red and yellow gems.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

As usual the theme is anything goes and I chose to work with a digi image from Bugaboo.
I embossed a square of pink core'dinations cardstock using the Die'sire Embossalicious folder 'butterfly swirl corner'. I sanded it and after matting it onto white card applied Stickles to the sanded areas. The digi stamp is called Faith Block and after colouring it using Promarkers I cut it out leaving a narrow margin around the edge..

Summer day
For our challenge this week at Creative Corner we would like you to use turquoise and brown.
I wrapped turquoise ribbon round the lower part of striped turquoise paper I had in my stash and then matted and layered it onto brown core'dinations cardstock and white card. The image is from The Paper Shelter and is called 'That's something you don't see everyday'. I coloured it using Promarkers, rounded the corners with a punch, matted it onto brown core'dinations cardstock and attached it to the card at an angle. I then added a turquoise bow.
The letters were cut from brown core'dinations cardstock using the Tattered Lace elegant alphabet dies. Finally I added three dark brown card candi.

Fawn
The theme for this week's Eureka Stamps challenge is washi tape, something I have not used much of previously, so I look forward to seeing new ideas on how to use it. I bordered my card with washi tape and also stuck some on card to form a sentiment.
The digi image is number 13106 (Fawn) and I coloured it using Spectrum Noir pencils. I shaded the edges using distress inks.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
QKR Stampede - washi tape
Incy Wincy Designs - frame it
Brown Sugar - animals
Crafting When We Can - ribbon or twine or washi tape
