Twisted Sketches #95

The other day I posted a layout for Creative Scrappers #150 and this is the 2nd page of the two page layout I did, but used the sketch from Twisted Sketches#95 and used all the same papers and embellishments and it turned out very nice for my daughter's scrapbook ( the one in the lavendar dress) You will be seeing alot of the same photos- because I have 5 books that I will be doing layouts for- but love all the sketch challenges out there- so they will be all different.
I will be also applying this layout too Scrapbookers Anonymous for using more than 23 eyelets which there is 31 on this page and Practical Scrappers for using a decorative pin which I have 2 here that I made with some decorative purple and teal beads that I had to go with the color scheme.
Materials used were: Papers by Paper Pizazz, Autumn Aubergine, Memory Box, Mmably Screen print. K&Company border strips, eyelets, twine, variety of silk flowers, Stickles in 4 colors, brads, chalks, distressing tool by TH, Staz-On ink, stamps, Karen Foster's scrappers floss in lime green ,decorative edger scissors.  and 2 decorative pins.

Practical Scrappers October Sketches

Here are two layouts I did this past week for Practical Scrappers sketch challenge for the month of October. They have 3 really great sketches to choose from and so far I 've done two of them and plan on doing the third one this week if I get the chance.
I used DCWV-Once upon a Time designer papers(several cuts), silk flowers, embossed swirls in gold powder, pink gemstones and lilac ink. This is my daughters Freshman year school photo. I had to use this paper with the golden locks of hair-it matches my daughters strawberry blonde hair so well.

This next sketch is my step-daughter in law's bridal shower opening some of the gifts that I gave her. I used K&Company designer paper and pink patterned paper from DCWV for my journaling strips. I drew swirls and topped them with pink stickles, stamped 2 different butterflies and colored them with markers/colored pencils and Sticklesand used pop dots for dimension.

Home Sweet Home-SOLD

This is my old home we sold back in 2002-this is for my daughter's book and again I have not journaled on this page because I want to get the words or thoughts from my children when I write on there pages about the day we moved. I have 4 children and  they all had different feelings about this day.
So this is the layout for this weeks challenge at Sketch Friday at Practical Scrappers.
I used K&Company paper, LePlume markers, chalks in pink, red and blue, white gel pen, Fiskars border punch and cut out the embellishments(flowers) from the K&Company paper pack.
I used all K&Company papers and cut out all the embellishments and used pop dots for a 3-Dimensional look. I drew my own birds and chalked them and then doodled with markers on the birds and around the flowers. Also used Fiskars border punch and made a journaling spot also covered in chalks.

4 crazy - Kidz

I had some fun with this bright and colorful page and this sketch worked out great from Practical Scrappers Sketch Friday- but I kinda turned the photos around a bit. American Crafts paper (doubled-sided), robin cardstock, chipboard covered with papers, chipboard lettters and sayings, stickles in 4 colors, brads and brown ink on a pre-made journal tag.
