{ March 2016 Drops Of Jupiter kit from Scraptastic Club }

Good morning. I wanted to share my other three layouts that I created with March 2016 Drops Of Jupiter kit and add-on. I shared my first one earlier this month.

For this layout I used an older photo that I found recently. It’s from 2011 of Alex in the back yard chasing bubbles. I added some gold foiled paper and cut files from my stash.

For this layout I used the triangle mask in the kit and added some stamping from Drops Of Jupiter stamp set.

For the last layout I added some gesso to the patterned paper background, to tone it down. Then I added whipped spackle through the mask.

That is all from me today. I am waiting on Cherry Pie April kit and add-on.

{ March 2016 Card Kit from Scraptastic Club }

Good morning. I have a blog post on Scraptastic Blog sharing the cards I created with the brand new March 2016 Card Kit. I paired the kit with super fun DecoFoil from Therm O Web.

For the first card I used several different elements from the kit and added some twine from my stash. I love all the gold and shiny elements in this kit that I decided to add my own touches of gold with gold Deco Foil and Deco Foil Adhesive. In this card I applied the adhesive to the chevrons.

For my second card I used one of the exclusive sentiment stickers that I adhered to the tag and folded over the edges. I tucked some pink thread under the heart. I added gold foil around the edges and at the bottom of photo frame.

For my last card I used the exclusive stamp set that I heat embossed on the black tag that was in the ephemera pack. I used the “x” in the stamp set and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I layered several of the elements from the kit under the tag. The pink sticker tag I cut in half and tucked it under both sides of the tag. The stickers are from the March 2016 Card Subscriber Extra Stickers.

Here is my card for today.

For this card I started by stamping Cover-a-Card Sm. Quatrefoil on white cardstock and then the Lg. Solid Dot Tag. I added the flowers from Bouquet die to the tag that I die cut from various colored cardstock. I added 3D Foam adhesive from Therm O Web to one of the flowers for dimension.

I paired the Special die and Special stamp for my sentiment and added sprinkles of color shine and paint to the card.

Here is my card for today.

I started the card by stamping the background with Cover-a-card background Lattice. I used my brand new stencil from StecilGirl Products and Whipped Spackle to add some striped circles.

I die cut the Ornate Oval Frame and adhered gold polka dot vellum with a stamped sentiment from Hello stamp set on the tag. I die cut a rose from Spiral Rose Set and added it to the frame with glitter ribbon. I love using Therm O Web Zots adhesive Dots for those little roses. I roll the flower and add a little Zot at the end and it holds it together.
The Hello is die cut from adhesive backed foam. I love it. I got two sheets, black and this pink color from Bazzill. I added white paint to some of the elements on the card and sprinkled color shine.

{ Favorite Friend card for Elle’s Studio }

Good morning. I have a quick card share for Elle’s Studio I created using our new 6 x 6 Little Moments paper pad.

 
Products used: Little Moments 6 x 6 Paper Stack, Jonah Alphabet Stamp, The Story Of Stamp, Little Moments – Word Labels, Little Moments – Journaling Tags, Little Moments – Bits and Pieces, Acrylic Stars – Spring Mix

I layered two different patterned papers from the 6 x 6 paper stack for the card base, one slightly smaller than the other.

I layered journaling tags and bits and pieces with word labels to create my card front. I found the perfect ink color for my stamped “friends” to go along with my “You’ll always be my favorite” sentiment. I added some ribbon with a button and twine to the tag and added some enamel dots and an acrylic star. I used Therm O Web Zots adhesive Dots to adhere the star, and Sticky Dot Mini Runner to adhere all the paper elements.
