
I love bagels...for breakfast or a snack! Homemade bagels aren't really difficult to make...and only take about an hour (from start to finish)! I made two batches (8 per batch) yesterday...and may make more today!
You boil them to give them that great coating on the outside...

They are absolutely
delicious...and I hope, as I continue to make them, that my technique gets better.

I made homemade bagels once and they were very good! I just may have to make them again...but 3x as many as you make:):):)

I will be adding these to my to try list. Megan loves cinnamon rasin bagels. I always thought they would be to time consuming to make.

ReplyDeleteI love these bagels. We have a 10 year old bagel lover at our house and he was so pumped that he could make his own bagels. Just one more thing we don't have to buy mass produced.
