The Board of Directors of KHSB wishes to announce that the Company has been informed by KDEB that KDEB and KPSB have mutually agreed to an extension of time of up to 2 months from 30 July 2013 to fulfil the CPs as set out in the SPA i.e. by 29 September 2013 (“Extension of Time”). The Extension of Time has been mutually agreed in order to facilitate the fulfilment of some of the CPs that remain pending to date. Save for the above, all the other terms of the SPA remain unchanged. Further details in relation to the Extension of Time are set out in the press notice from KDEB attached herein.
