Hi all.  I have several cards to post today.  The first one is for the Imagine That Digi Stamps design team.  This cute image is perfect for a belated birthday card.  I colored the image with alcohol markers and layered it on embossed card stock with a layer of pink.  I added the ribbon that matched the colors as well as the country theme.  This image can be found in the store, here.  It is called A Little Behind and there are some other cute images that are included with it.

Here are some more of my cards that I have been working on lately...

This card folds out and there is a battery operated tea light behind the window.

One of my many Bird Crazy cards.

I thought this sock monkey from Bugaboo Stamps was so adorable.

Hope you enjoyed seeing my cards.

Till next time...

Punny Card and some others...

Hi all.  Today I am showcasing a new card from Imagine That Digi Stamps.  This month we are doing "Punny" cards.  I chose the adorable Otter be Mine.  You can find them here.  I have been feeling under the weather lately so I must admit that I didn't put a whole lot of effort into making my card.  Sorry about that.  Anyway, I used colored pencils to color the image and cut out a heart shape with fancy sizzors.  Then I glued it on the cardstock and added washi tape and some sequins.

Here are some more that I have made lately...

Watercolor background with Bird Crazy by Tim Holtz stamps

This is called a Zen Gem.  It is done with watercolor pencil and Zentangle.

 Done with Copic markers.

This one is done with watercolors.

Hope you enjoy seeing my work.  I would love for you to leave me a comment!

Christmas Cards

Hi all.  Today, I am showcasing Imagine That Digi Stamps, Tree With Presents.  This image can be purchased from the store, separately, or in a bundle of cute Christmas image.

I colored the image with colored pencils and glitter gel pens.  I punched the star out of gold glitter paper and glued it on the top of the tree.  The background is dry embossed and the greeting is die cut.

I am also adding some other Christmas Cards that I have made...

I hope you have enjoyed seeing my work.
Don't forget...you still have a few more days to
enter our Digi of the Month Challenge.  It closes
on October 28th.

Stamp of the Month and Some More

Hi all.  I can't believe it is October already.  It's time for the Imagine That Digi Stamps Design of the Month Challenge.  This month the image is called Mistletoe Kitty and she/he can be found in the shop, here.  I used alcohol markers to color the image and a die cut for the sentiment.  I added 3 sequins and layered on embossed card stock to finish it off.

I made the next card for my stamping club for the November meeting.  We are suppose to have the sentiment on the front of the card.  I wanted to make a rainbow card so used watercolor to paint the rainbow focal image, heat embossed the greeting in black over it and added a colorful die cut butterfly.  The background was done in rainbow colors with Ken Oliver's Color Bursts.  I just love playing around with them!

Another thing that I love to play around with are the fairly new Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Bird Crazy stamp set.   They are soooo cute and fun to color!  I have been using watercolors on them.  I just ordered the accessory stamps called Crazy Things that go with the set, so, I will be able to add things like hats, glasses, ties, balloons, bunny ears, and much more.  I can't wait to get them.  meanwhile, enjoy the first 2 that I have made so far...

While you are in the Imagine That Digi Stamp shop, be sure to check out the free scrapbook set that Kris is offering.  It is really pretty.  And, don't forget to enter the challenge to get your free digi stamp for next month.  If you played along last month, your Mistletoe Kitty is free!

Till next time...
