Estou a tentar ajudar uma Amiga a encontrar os familiares do falecido Capitão Américo dos Santos, que foi Comandante do Vapor Colonial e posteriormente do Serpa Pinto (de 1940 a 1944). Foi agraciado com a Comenda Portuguesa da Ordem de Cristo (em 8 de Dezembro de 1939) e com a Comenda Brasileira do Cruzeiro do Sul. Se conhecerem por favor avisem!

I am trying to help a Friend to find relatives of Captain Américo dos Santos, who was the captain of Vapor Colonial and also of Serpa Pinto (from 1940 to 1944), the beautiful passenger ship depicted on the images. He was granted the Portuguese Medal of Christ (on 8th December 1939) and the Brazilian Military Medal of Cruzeiro do Sul. If you have the information please contact us!...
