Bling it up!

Good morning and Happy Choosday everyone. Yes it's
So it's time for a new challenge as well. And the challenge we have set this week is "To Add Some Bling"
Well of course this is easy for me again as I love a bit (a lot) of bling lol And of course I have used the fabulous Winnie In Wonderland collection again. This time I have used the Hatter image that you can get on it's own HERE. But I really do suggest you get the whole collection as it is stunning!
Anyhoo, here is my make for this week. I have coloured the image with my Graph'It Markers so I have printed onto Ultimate Graphic Paper. I have added my bling with gems and glitter on the butterflies, which are from the Daisy Days stamp set, and the Jelly Tot gems at the bottom.
So don't forget to go over to the blog and check out my fab teamies makes, we have some amazing new teamies as well now. And of course don't forget to grab your discount code for a massive discount for use today!

Glitter it!

Good morning, I'm here today with the latest challenge from the Graph'It Markers colouring challenge blog. And the challenge we have for this next 2 weeks is "Glitter Sparkles" or "Teal/Aqua/Turqoise" And as a team we have used both, so we have Glittered Teal for you.

Our sponsor this week is the amazing Oddball Art and I got to play with Evie N Bunnie by the uber talented Lizzy Love. BUT before I show you my make I want to share with you that we have some amazing candy up for grabs at the blog today, and here it is.
So when you've done here don't forget to get over to the blog and comment for your chance to win it!
So back to the challenge. We were given these inspiration colours charts to use.

Now onto my make, and here it it.
You can't really see from the photo but I have glittered her dress with my Silver Shake pen.
The colours I have used are:
Skin: 4120, 4120, 4150, 3120
Hair: 6110, 6120, 6130, 6140, 6150
Teals: 7210, 7220, 7240
Silver and white shake pens and the Mix'It palette

Die cuts

Good morning everyone. It's time for some mid challenge inspiration over at the Polkadoodles challenge blog. The challenge which started last week is to use a die cut. It can be a traditional die cut using a die and a die cutting machine, or it can be something cut by an electronic cutting machine, like a Scan 'n Cut, a Silhouette Cameo, a Portrait, an eCraft or anything else you may have.

So my make for this week is a tag, which is a die cut tag! It's from the fab set by Tattered Lace, that you can buy HERE. And I have used the amazing, the fabulous, the lush new Winnie In Wonderland collection. This collection is one of my new faves in case you hadn't noticed lol. The elements on this tag are bits that were left over from one of the cards I made using one of the design sheets, I hate to waste things so try to find ways up of using them, and tags are great for that. It also means if you are giving a gift with the card that you have a matching tag!

Add a ribbon.

Good morning and Happy Choosday everyone. Today at the Digi Choosday blog we have a new challenge for you and that challenge is "Add a Ribbon". Also don't forget that today is also
So when you've done here, and you've checked out my teamies makes HERE, pop over to the SHOP and claim your massive discount off of some of our fabulous Digi downloads.

So onto my make for the Add a Ribbon challenge.

I've used some papers and a digi from the fabulously lush Winnie In Wonderland collection. I printed the digi out 3 times so I could cut bits out to make some decoupage with. I put the papers onto the card at an angle and or course as I haven't used card behind the papers I've used the black fine liner squiggly line. I've also inked the edges of the papers and the background of the image black to make them pop a bit more. I've then added all the layers with 3D foam, added a few embellies and finished off with a bow. This ribbon is just perfect for this collection with it's clocks on.

It's all about the men!

Good morning and Happy Choosday everyone. Yes it's here again already, it time for a new challenge over the Digi Choosday blog. And of course that means it also
So don't forget when you've done here to pop over to the blog and grab your massive discount code.
Maybe you might want to use it in the fabulous Winnie In Wonderland collection?
Maybe you might want to use it on the fabulous new Daisy Days collection.
Maybe you might want to use it on the fabulous new Summertime collection.
Or maybe on something else from our download store, it's up to you!

Right the new challenge we have for you this week is all about the men in our lives. It can be fathers day or if like me you no longer have your dad around, it can be a male birthday, or maybe just a general male make. Now my hubby has been working very hard this past few weeks on doing a garden makeover for us so I thought I would make him a card to show him just how much I appreciate him, and here it is.
I've used the beach hut, the sun and the sun glasses from the new Summertime collection, and everything is coloured with my Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolour paints. The sentiment is also from the same collection. I printed the images out 3 times and decoupaged them. I kept the card CAS as most men don't like fussy things do they, so I finished it off with a squiggly line.
Here is a close up of the decoupage.

Feeling sentimental

Hello and Happy Choosday everyone. This week over at the Digi Choosday blog we have set the simple challenge of adding a sentiment to your make. So a nice easy one for you again. But before I show you my make I need to tell you about the latest release from Polkadoodles. When I was given it last week you should have hear me screech, and I very nearly did a little dance. I was in the house and hubby looked at me as though I'd gone insane lol So I had to show him what it was I was excited about and he said "You're mad, but they are really cute" Well of course all the very best people are mad, bonkers, off their head aren't they? Does that give you a clue? Well anyone that knows me knows just how mad I am about a certain story and film, and even more so now my favourite actor plays one of the lead rolse. Now you have to have got it! Yep, the latest release from the mad crazy mind of Nikky Hall is.........
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek! How fabulous, Winnie in Wonderland. You just know I'm going to use this loads and loads don't you. It may even become my favourite crafting CD of all time!

Now this afternoon at 2pm on Create and Craft you can see some fabulous new products from Nikky and Polkadoodles. If you're into your stamps you will not want to miss out on these. The last 2 shows that had stamps on sold out within 30 minutes. So make sure you're there and get your order in real early.

So, excitement over and moving on. The latest challenge at the Digi Choosday blog was "Add a Sentiment" and here is my make.

Of course I couldn't wait to get making stuff with this collection. I showed one off on Facebook on Friday evening, and another one on Sunday. I have another 2 to show sometime this week and then this one for this challenge. I've used Design Sheet 2 and a 17cm square card blank, and one of the lush background papers. I cut everything out, glued the paper slightly off the card, then added the background off of the design sheet, and separated them with the black pen line. Then I added all the elements randomly around the card onto 3D foam pads to give some height to them, and ta da, as simple as that!

Here is the first card I shared on Friday with a different angle as well.

And the one I shared on Sunday.

So that's it for today. Now don't forget to go over to the blog and check out my teamies makes and grab your massive discount code.

One for the boys!

Good morning everyone, hope you are all well. I'm here today with a new challenge for the Polkadoodles challenge blog. Here in the UK fathers day is coming up soon so we are focusing on male makes for that. We know you don't all have Dads anymore, like me, so we are making the theme more general than Fathers day, we just want to see a make "For the Boys". And here is my make for this week.
I've used one of my all time fave male collections, which is Pretty Tuff. I've coloured the image with my Kuretake Zig Art and Graphic Twin pens. Whenever I have a male make to do this is my go to CD, even if I don't use an image for it the papers are just perfect for males of all ages! Now talking of papers did you know some of our collections have actual physical paper pads? No, well we do and Pretty Tuff is one of those. So if you don't want to print papers you can buy the paper pad HERE. This paper pad even includes 3 sheets of toppers and 3 sheets of sentiments as well as 30 sheets of fabulous quality papers! So all you paper strokers get yourself a pad before they all sell out!
Check out all our other paper pads HERE as well.
