Lets Get Cute

Hi all it's Papertake time again
and this weeks challenge is

Getting Cute

as you might have guessed
we want to see all those cute cards
which will be easy, as there are so many cute images
out there.
We are sponsored this week by
Digital Delights.

I have dug out my Sarah Kay images
that i had actually coloured a long time ago with
Copics and have been sat in a box waiting to be used.

As the theme is cute i had to go
with my favourite colour Pink.
Papers are from Raspberry Road.

My Doohickey flower dies arrived a few days ago
at last, i ordered them online from Crafts U Love
then i got an email saying they had run out of stock and i had to wait for the next delivery.
Anyway nearly a month later i've got them,
so i had to play.

Flourishes and sentiment tag
are from Marianne Creatables dies.

I have added gems to the flourishes.

Thanks for stopping by today
and hope you join in and have a play.

Ha ha i'm a poet and i didn't know it.
Gosh that takes me back,
we used to say that when we were
kids.

Red and Green must not be seen

hi all wow woowo did you see corrie last night i was on
the edge of my seat. We have been debating for weeks who's

On to my card this is for this weeks Papertake Weekly challenge
we have the theme
Red and Green must not be seen.

This week we are sponsored by WOJ.

I have dug out one of my Sarah Kay Christmas stamps from last year,
i love this image its one of my favs.
I have used Greys and dusky pink and
coloured her with copics.
I have also coloured in the poinsettia corner stamp in
the same colours four times cut them out and
arranged them round the image.
As always went mad with the glitter but you can't really
have a Christmas card without lots of glitter.

Apologies for the photo it looks a bit dull.

Thanks for looking and pop over to
Papertake weekly and have a go.

Here comes the summer

Hi there today's card is for the lili of the valley challenge with the theme
Here comes summer, although if you look out of the window
here this morning it looks far from summer cloudy and drizzly.

I enjoyed making this card, i had to do a bit of masking and lots of
colouring. I have quite a few Sarah Kay stamps which i have neglected
since Christmas (Shame on me). So when i saw the summer theme i remembered
this little girl with her picnic basket what can be more summer.

I have used a Sarah Kay stamp called 'Picnics of Daisies' and a wood mounted
stamp 'won't you come into my garden' by inkadinkado.
I have used my copic ciao marker pens to colour the image,
the DP is Papermania Regency paper pad.
The paper flower was made using Blossom nesti dies and an old book page.
i have edged the image, flower and sentiment with
vintage photo distress ink,
and used my Martha Stewart daisy fan punch.
