So already we're breaking out the sleds. . . again. This time Adam is the dad getting us all bundled and out the door for sledding. Adam said for years, his dad did the same thing and he loved it. We used our Monday night to hit the little hills at a park down the road. I'm so glad to have Adam and that he likes to get out and do things. We bundled everyone up and headed out and had a great time together. This night reminded me a lot of my first year of college when Adam & I were dating. We played in the snow after dark with friends a lot, but this time we both looked at each other like, "how did we get 2 kids to bring along!?!" Crazy, but fun.
Max had to open a Christmas present early to have his first snowboots. Thanks Grampy!

ReplyDeleteCute pics and great family time! We went and played in the snow on Tuesday. I don't remember playing in the snow to be quite that hot and cold. It was way cold out, but all the work invested in sledding made you hot. You're pictures are cute. I love the difference between Adam's now angel (big wings) and Grace's angel (petite wings). I always wondered as a kid which looked better, matter of preference I suppose. Lets take the kids together to tackle the snow. Sounds fun. Max looks cuddly warm, I want a snow suit like that - but I might look like a giant marshmellow. He's just plain cute.
ReplyDeleteIt must be a Moon thing because Michelle is quite the sledder too! Brittany Mulford and I were in Ecuador together working at orphanages--she is such a sweet girl! That is so crazy that you were neighbors!
