Molise

Molise is a region in south-central Italy, the second smallest region in the country. 
Until 1963, Molise was part of the region "Abruzzo and Molise" together with Abruzzo, but then it became a separate entity. 
The region borders Abruzzo to the northwest, Lazio to the west, Campania to the south, Apulia to the southeast, and the Adriatic Sea to the northeast.

Sardinia

Sardinia is an Italian island in the Mediterranean Sea, W of mainland Italy and N of Tunisia. 
It is the second largest island in the Mediterranean, after Sicily. 
Sardinia has a varied landscape with mountains, forests, beaches and lakes. 
The highest point is Punta La Marmora (1834 meters). 
Sardinia's coastline is more than 1,800 km long and has many beautiful beaches and coves.
