Sinkiang

The city also wants to become an international hub for trade and tourism.

Hainan is an island in the South China Sea that is also the smallest province in China. 
Hainan is separated from the Chinese mainland, the nearest southern province of Guangdong, by the Gulf of Tonkin and the Hainan Strait. 
It is part of the so-called 'mainland of China'.

Qinghai is a province located in western central China. 
The province takes its name from Lake Qinghai and borders the autonomous regions of Xinjiang and Tibet and the provinces of Gansu and Sichuan.
