This is a typography specimen poster for Condor, created by David Jonathon. The font was created in 2009, a time in which the iPhone gained massive popularity and global availability. The overall design of the poster is inspired by the appearance of the late 2000's technology replaced by the iPhone, including cool grays, chrome finishes, and basic shapes.

Attempt at Text Project

I really liked what I had thought of originally, but unfortunately I just couldn't translate it down onto the screen. I got some of the design in, and I really like it, but there was just no way I could make the stupid text fit. I chose to work with and old style font because I know its out of my comfort zone, but Christ! I didn't expect it to be this difficult. So I ended up scrapping this, but I like it enough to put up here.

"Yo amo Miami" poster design

Growing up in Miami, I had always somewhat disliked most places that make Miami a destination. But now that I'm older and maybe also because I'm planning on leaving when I graduate, I've actually fallen in love with this city. It still has some downsides, but at the end of the day, it's a great place to call home.

Dive Head First into Motion Graphics
I used a freelance project I'm currently working on in which the client requested an "introduction" as my first test of what I can do with motion. The client wanted a "dark and grungy" look. So I came up with a concept, created the objects in Photoshop, created the audio from sound clips, and sat down to learn some basic AfterEffects through trial and error.

Title: Introduction of Doom
Client: Stout Leather (Malibu, CA)
Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Soundbooth, Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe Illustrator
Designer: Rafael Jadoo
