Horse stealing.
--Thefts are becoming such common occurrences that it is dangerous for a citizen to leave any property exposed without a guard. On Saturday night, Colonel J. W. Richardson, of Hanover, went into Zetelle's restaurant to get supper, leaving his horse and equipments, and a valise containing some papers, in fronts of the house. When he returned, he found, to his surprise, that all were gone. The horse was found during the night by policeman Sweeney, and turned over to the Colonel yesterday morning.
