--We have private information from a source entitled to all confidence in the matter of the whereabouts and intentions of James Stephens, Head Centre of the Brotherhood in Ireland, which warrant us in saying it is not now probable that he will visit this country for some time to come. We may add, that at the time the latest account of him left the other side he was "all right."--New York News.
