Caught again.

--James E. Robinson, the young man who has recently been so often before the Mayor on the charge of shop-lifting, was again arrested on Saturday by officers Seal and Jenkins, charged with stealing a silver watch from J. Lafitte. Robinson is already under bonds in three cases to answer indictments before the Grand Jury of the Hustings Court on charges of stealing cloth from Spillman & Beers, Alfred Tolleson & Co. and Charles Unkel. He was committed to the watch-house to await investigation before the Mayor this morning.
