Sale of negroes.

--At a public sale of condemned free and unclaimed runaway negroes, which took place yesterday morning from the south parties of the City Hall, by the City Sergeant, the following prices were obtained; Charles Harris, $3,400--bought by Y. P. Watkins; James Harris, $3,000-- bought by Peter Lawson; Isaiah, $3.210--bought by Mr. Brittingham; Barney, (a boy) $3,175. The two Harrises were convicted of burglary at the last term of the Hustings, and ordered to be sold into slavery; the other two negroes were unclaimed runaways, and sold to pay jail fees, advertising expenses, &c.
