Seward is a most indefatigable prophet. He has demolished the Confederacy in his productions some ten or a dozen times since this war began. He is trying his hand once again, which we hold to be favorable to our cause, since his prophecies are always to be interpreted by contraries. It is no longer, however, "ninety days after date." Probably no man ever made so many false prophecies as Seward.
