Accident.
--As a little boy, whose name we could not learn, was in the act of Crossing, Marshall street, near the Second Market, yesterday morning, it was overhauled by a two-horse wagon, the wheels of which passed over bott, the little fellows feet, injuring them severely. Some steps should be taken to cheek the headlong speed which is frequently indulged in by negro wagon drivers on our streets. The evil is a very serious one, and it is not an uncommon occurrence to see invalids and others run for their lives while crossing from one side of the street to the other to prevent being run over.
